KVK KVK Hydra Klov is a modern company that exclusively develops and manufactures equipment for hoof care After this happened, the delivery time fell sharply.

KVK Hydra Klov was established in 1969 by Karl Viktor Kornerup. He was educated to become hoof trimmer at Landbohøjskolen KBH. We have over 40 years of experience in developing and building hoof trimming chutes. Karl Victor Kornerup died in 2007 and KVK Hydra Klov was continued by P***e Fjord Thomsen until 2009, when KVK Hydra Klov became part of Granly Group. This was done because the demand was very high at KVK's products and the delivery time increased. We therefore chose to make KVK Hydra Klov a part of Granly group. We're constantly working to get the delivery time further down, and we have a goal that we must continue to make our products more secure and continue to develop our products. KVK Hydra Klov's products are currently the most common hoof trimming chutes used in Scandinavia.

🐄FRIDAY FACTS | Did you know cows can spend 10–14 hours a day lying down?💚

Rest is much more than simply taking a break!

Dairy cows typically spend around 10–14 hours a day lying down, making rest an essential part of their daily routine.⏳

During this time, cows can ruminate, take pressure off their hooves and enjoy some well-deserved comfort.

But the amount of time a cow spends resting can depend on several factors, including barn conditions, bedding quality, health and overall comfort.🤟

Providing a clean, dry and comfortable resting environment is therefore an important part of good dairy farm management.

💚 Because sometimes, the most important thing a cow can do is simply lie down.💚
