What does life as a young professional at Ramboll actually look like? 🤔

At our HQ in Copenhagen, our Ramboll Young Professionals (RYP) network brings together employees through a wide range of social and professional activities.

Led by 15 passionate RYP ambassadors, they organize around 35 events every year, creating opportunities for other young professionals to learn and connect with colleagues across the office.

From our popular Buns & Brains breakfast sessions, where leaders share their experiences and career journeys, to initiatives like padel tournaments and the Tour de Department Friday Bar, there’s always something happening.

RYP is one of the many ways young professionals at Ramboll can expand their network and make the most of their early careers.

Yesterday, 750 Ramboll colleagues gathered at the DHL Stafetten København.

Some ran fast and furious. Some walked and talked. But what brought us all together was a strong sense of community, and of course the amazing food.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined and brought their energy and great team spirit.

Ice cream and great company - the perfect combination 🍦

Today marked our annual ice cream day at our head office in Copenhagen, a small tradition that brings the whole house together.

The queue was long, the smiles were wide, and it gave us the perfect excuse to connect across teams ☀️
