Trikots statt Trainingshalle – Fotoshooting bei Kampf
Am vergangenen Samstag war unser Kooperationspartner (at)ssvnuembrechthandball mit über 20 Mannschaften bei uns in zu Gast. 👋 Von den Minis bis zu den Damen- und Herrenteams wurde unsere große Produktionshalle, die Halle K, kurzerhand zur Kulisse für die neuen Mannschafts- und Imagefotos des Vereins. 🤾🏻‍♀️

Besonders schön: Einige der Jugendlichen nutzten die Gelegenheit, um mehr über die und unsere Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten zu erfahren. 👀🧑‍🔧

Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Tag mit tollen Begegnungen, viel Teamgeist und einer Kooperation, die weit über den Sport hinausgeht.

Another milestone in the joint project between Kampf and PETROPLAST has been reached: The new Unicon has successfully completed its Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at Kampf. The requirements for technology and flexibility defined during the selection process were jointly tested and confirmed under real-world conditions.

The teams from both companies had carefully prepared the FAT. PETROPLAST provided a range of materials from its processing portfolio for the tests. The FAT day was characterized by open, collaborative and solution-oriented teamwork.

Ben Schmidt, Senior Sales Manager at Kampf, comments:

"A FAT is a special milestone for both sides: What has been jointly planned and developed over many months now proves itself in practice. It was particularly exciting to see how confidently the Unicon handled the different materials PETROPLAST had provided for the tests. Our team had the machine perfectly prepared, and the valuable feedback from PETROPLAST contributed to successfully completing the FAT together. It is precisely this combination of strong results, open dialogue and a shared focus on the next steps that makes the FAT a real highlight of the project.”
Technology for the packaging materials of tomorrow
The results were convincing: The processes ran successfully, and the Unicon demonstrated its performance across a variety of materials. With one material, a processing speed significantly higher than the speed specified for the test was achieved on the very first attempt.

This flexibility was an important criterion in the selection process. PETROPLAST is consistently strengthening its position as a packaging and processing expert and expanding its expertise in fiber-based materials, paper composites and other sustainable packaging solutions. The new Unicon broadens the technological possibilities in these areas and opens up new opportunities for applications and markets.

Next Step: Neuss
Following the successful FAT, the remaining points identified jointly by the teams will now be clarified and implemented at Kampf. In September, the Unicon will be installed at PETROPLAST in Neuss, followed by joint commissioning.

Je früher du verschiedene Berufe kennenlernst, desto leichter findest du heraus, was wirklich zu dir passt 💡👀
Und genau deshalb sind Veranstaltungen wie „Experten berichten“ so wichtig: Echte Einblicke von echten Mitarbeitenden.

Diese Woche war unser Kollege Heinrich an der (at)TOB Bielstein zu Besuch. In der 7. Klasse ging’s um die ersten Schritte Richtung – und natürlich um Fragen, wie:

👉 Was macht die GmbH eigentlich genau?
👉 Welche Fächer sind wichtig, wenn man später mal Maschinen bauen will? 🛠️
👉 Wie läuft ein Arbeitstag ab? (Start, Pausen, Feierabend)
👉 Und was verdient man eigentlich als Azubi? 💸

Uns hat besonders gefreut, dass die Schüler:innen so interessiert waren und viele Fragen gestellt haben. So konnten sie einen guten Einblick in unsere Ausbildungsberufe erhalten. 💪

Wir freuen uns schon auf die vielen neuen Praktikant:innen und Auszubildenden bei uns in ! 😉✌️

Alle Jahre wieder … auch 2026 starten wir mit dem HGN (at)homburgischesgymnuembrecht in die gemeinsame Projektphase. 🤝
Diese Woche besuchte der ®-Projektkurs unserer Kooperationsschule den Kampf-Standort in . Dort besprachen die Schüler:innen mit unserem Kollegen Heinrich Thorwesten zunächst die diesjährige Aufgabe.
Wie schon in den Vorjahren, geht es darum, eine eigene Abwickel- und Schneidmaschine zu planen, zu konstruieren, zu bauen und zu programmieren – alles mit Hilfe von LEGO-Bausätzen. 👷‍♀️🛠️
Um dem Projektkurs zu zeigen, wie eine echte Maschine aufgebaut ist und wie sie funktioniert, gab es noch eine Vorführung. Dabei konnten die Schüler:innen all ihre Fragen loswerden. 🤓

Nun starten sie in die mehrwöchige Projektphase, in der Kampf immer wieder unterstützend zur Seite steht. Wir sind jetzt schon ganz gespannt auf die Ergebnisse! 🤩

Kreativität mit Technik verbinden? Womit geht das besser als mit LEGO? Daher sponsern wir unserer Kooperationsschule GGS Grötzenberg seit Jahren verschiedene LEGO Education Spike Sets. Damit bekommen die Kinder der vierten Klasse einen ersten spielerischen Einblick in die Welt der Technik und Programmierung.
Bei unserem letzten Besuch in der Grundschule haben uns die Schülerinnen und Schüler ganz stolz ihre neuesten Kreationen vorgestellt. Die bunten Roboter kommen gut an und bringen viel Spaß in den Klassenraum.
Im Juli werden die Viertklässler:innen dann unseren Standort in Wiehl besuchen, um Kampf näher kennenzulernen und weitere kleine Projekte in unserer Azubiwerkstatt umzusetzen.

In March, we proudly inaugurated the new offices of Hashtag Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. The event began with a traditional Indian ceremony, followed by celebrations with Rike Johnsen (CFO Kampf GmbH), Amir Rezai (Director Sales & Service KMI), Sushil Verma (Managing Director Kusters Calico Machinery Pvt Ltd), employees and local partners.

A shared dinner and a tour through the new office rounded off the event, blending tradition, business, and community.
The modern Hashtag space offers room for ten team members from service, sales, and finance, fostering collaboration and efficiency. This modern workspace is set to enhance collaboration and optimize workflow efficiencies.
With this expansion, Kampf reaffirms its commitment to the Indian market, ensuring we continue to meet our customers' needs.
