A few weeks ago, we took part in the Bildungsmesse Hamm. Over two days, we had the opportunity to speak with students right before graduation. All of them eager to find the right apprenticeship.

At our booth, potential future apprentices could test their motor skills with Dr. Bibber and even challenge our own SCHMITZ trainees. After two days full of great conversations and insights, we packed up our , rolled up the banners, and ended the event with a team dinner at Café del Sol in Hamm.

A big thank you to all participants and every student who visited our booth. Maybe we'll welcome some of you to the SCHMITZ family next year!

Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of welcoming Master’s students of International Public Health Management from to SCHMITZ.

After an inspiring company presentation, the group joined us for an interactive tour, they got a behind-the-scenes look at our newly built production hall, which is already shaping our future production workflows.

To complete the visit, the students worked on practical tasks describing key roles within MedTech companies.

Colposcopy for early diagnosis

Cervical cancer is a tumor of the cervix and is the fourth most common malignant tumor in women worldwide.

Colposcopy is an important part of early detection, through which above all early invasive and difficult to see carcinomas can be detected.

A large number of studies from the field of colposcopy support this fact.
Our video colposcope vidan®2 allows the affected part of the uterus (portio) to be viewed in high resolution and in detail with the help of magnifying optics.
