Captured during California's blue hour, the new Mt. Vernon Avenue Bridge rises above one of San Bernardino's busiest rail yards. After more than 100 years, Stockholm's historic Arsenalsgatan building entered a new chapter. Throughout its refurbishment, creating safe and adaptable access to where work needed to happen was essential. So, we supported the project with a coordinated combination of adaptable access and support solutions, tailored to the project's requirements and designed to support the different stages of the refurbishment.

For New York's Kosciuszko Bridge, PERI USA supported the construction team with a tie-less formwork solution that helped eliminate tie holes from the outset, reducing concrete repairs and rework. A climbing system also moved upwards with every concreting cycle, supporting the team as the bridge pylons continued to rise.

When the crane is no longer an option... what comes next? 🏗️

On this refurbishment project in Switzerland, crane access was no longer possible after the slab had been concreted. The team needed a formwork solution that was flexible, easy to handle and independent of crane operations.

A lightweight formwork system supported the construction of both a lift shaft and an inclined reinforced concrete slab, helping the project keep moving under challenging site conditions.
