Eberspächer Located its Base in Shenshui New Industry City of Shenyang.

Eberspächer recently signed a contract with CFLD to establish an automobile exhaust system assembly production base in Shenshui New Industry City, Shenyang. This project not only fills the gap in automobile exhaust system in Shenshui New Industry City, but also further improves the industrial chain of key automobile parts.

At present, Shenshui New Industry City has gathered a group of supporting enterprises focusing on the core parts and components of BMW complete vehicles. A number of Fortune 500 companies such as voestalpine, GONVVAMA, Fuzhun Jingmi (Foxconn) and Faurecia have located their facilities in the City.

CFLD Customized Industrial Services Enabled Eberspächer to Start Work Right Away.

Before signing the contract with Eberspächer, the CFLD Industry Service Team inspected the automobile exhaust systems built by Faurecia, Boysen and other companies in Changchun, Shenyang and other places to understand the production technology and process. The upgraded workshops enabled Eberspächer immediately ready to work.

Considering the fact that foreign-funded enterprises are not familiar with policies and official procedures in China, the CFLD offered a full range of services including industrial and commercial registration, development and reform project approval, policy declaration, etc., to help Eberspächer settle in smoothly with significantly reduced cost.

"Although we have only one project director based in Shenshui New Industry City, the project is progressing in a significantly smooth fashion." The relevant person in charge of Eberspächer said.

Subsidies for NEVs Will be Gradually Reduced by 20% Comparing with That in 2020.

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the National Development and Reform Commission recently jointly issued the Notice on Further Improving the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles, which will be officially implemented on January 1, 2021. The Notice pointed out that the subsidies for new energy vehicles will be gradually reduced by 20% in 2021 comparing with that in 2020.

The relevant rules stipulate that there will be no subsidy for pure electric passenger vehicles with a cruising range of less than 300 km; the subsidy for pure electric passenger vehicles with a cruising range of 300-400 km (including 300 km) will be reduced to RMB 13,000 yuan; and the subsidy for pure electric passenger vehicles with a cruising range of above 400 km (including 400 km) will drop to RMB 18,000 yuan.

CFLD’s Professional Services Promote Project Progress in Hubei

A few days ago, Hubei Tiandao New Energy Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a leading domestic new energy logistics vehicle manufacturer, signed a contract with CFLD to settle in Jiayu New Industry City in Hubei, and will invest in the construction of a lightweight magnesium alloy material-based new energy auto parts production base.

In fact, the project was officially implemented only 20 days after the contract was signed. Chairman Zhang Xiaofei of GGLB: Global competition will be the main theme for the development of the new energy automobile industry.

At the 2020 Annual Meeting of Gaogong Lithium Battery (GGLB) & Electric Vehicle – the 10th Anniversary of Gaogong Lithium Battery, Chairman Zhang Xiaofei of GGLB noted that China’s new energy vehicle production is expected to increase by more than eight times from 1.25 million to over 10 million from 2020 to 2030, with an average compound annual growth rate of 25%; the power battery market is expected to grow more than seven-fold, from RMB 60 billion to over RMB 420 billion; and the price of the cell is expected to drop from RMB 0.6/WH to about RMB 0.3/WH.

In the next stage of development, global competition would be the main theme. For example, the proportion of China’s lithium electric materials in the global market would continue to increase, large quantities of domestic lithium electric materials would be exported into the supply chain of international battery factories, and the trend of Chinese lithium electric enterprises going abroad to set up factories would be gradually formed.

Recently, the 2020 Annual Meeting of Gaogong Lithium Battery (GGLB) & Electric Vehicle – the 10th Anniversary of Gaogong Lithium Battery - was held, with more than 1,000 enterprise leaders attended. Representatives of enterprises from Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL), Gotion High-tech Co., Ltd., China Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. (CALB), EVE Energy Co., Ltd. With a total investment of RMB 2 billion, the leading domestic project of vehicle seat angle adjuster settled in Nanhu New Industry City.

Recently, Jiangsu Lile Auto Parts Co., Ltd. signed cooperation agreements with the Management Committee of the Science and Technology City in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and China Fortune Land Development (CFLD), with a total investment of RMB 2 billion, to build a research, development and manufacturing base of intelligent vehicle seat angle adjusters and sliders in Nanhu New Industry City.

McDonald’s cooperates with its four suppliers to build a McDonald’s supply chain smart industrial park in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province.

The settlement of five enterprises in the Hanxiao New Industry City, with a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion, aims at building a supply chain smart industrial park in Xiaogan City. This project will integrate the world’s leading equipment, technology and process to create a green and smart supply base, covering McDonald’s whole industry chain from core production and processing, food research and development, to logistics distribution and packaging. This investment and production base in Hanxiao New Industry City with gathering suppliers for development is the first attempt for McDonald’s to innovate production mode in the Chinese market.

In the future, fresh and delicious hamburgers and meals will be delivered to McDonald’s restaurants from here.

Three of Fortune Global 500 settle in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province.

On December 18, McDonald’s China, together with its four suppliers, signed agreements with the Xiaonan District People’s Government of Xiaogan City and China Fortune Land Development (CFLD). Three of Fortune Global 500 including McDonal’s, Tyson Foods and Grupo Bimbo, and two industry leading enterprises, namely, New HAVI and ZI DAN, jointly settled in Hanxiao New Industry City.

This is the first time that CFLD has explored a new way to sign contracts centrally with supply chain enterprises led by leading enterprises, representing an innovative practice to build industrial clusters. CFLD will join hands with McDonald’s and its suppliers to build a world-famous modern food industrial cluster in Xiaogan City, in an effort to boost the high-quality and sustainable development of regional economy with advanced industrial clusters.

China to Encourage Adjusting Automobile Purchase Restriction Policies to Uplift Vehicle Consumption.

Vice Commerce Minister Wang Bingnan of China said recently that the country was to expand automobile consumption by encouraging local governments to adjust their vehicle purchase restriction policies and increasing the quota for license plate numbers. Wang stated at a press conference held on the same day that, in the next step, territories with favorable conditions will be encouraged to conduct a new wave of automobile purchase incentive programs for farmers and a new trade-in purchase program in an effort to smooth the internal and external circulation of new, used and scrapped vehicles and of the vehicle import and export.

Luo Junjie, Director-general of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Equipment Industry Department #1, said that his department was to formulate rural automobile purchase incentive program in collaboration with other authorities concerned and further advance the vehicle electrification initiative for the public sector in a bid to fuel private spending.

Lishui New Industry City, based in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, recently signed a multi-party cooperation agreement with the National Intelligent Traffic Integrated Testing Facility and the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Intelligent Commercial Vehicles to build a joint test site for the key test facility of Jiangsu Province.

It is known that the project, led by Lishui New Industry City, is to construct a 5km public test road and a 9.5km application demonstration road for intelligent connected vehicles. Moreover, it is to develop a C-V2X cloud control platform, a simulated test platform, an integrated test management platform and more. In the future, the test facility will be able to offer 44 scenarios for the test of single vehicles and of coordination between vehicles and roads, among others, thus providing car and spare parts manufacturers in its surrounding areas with a complete array of testing capabilities.
