💡Innovation in action at Westermo R&D HQ

Last week, our R&D team in Västerås hosted Innovation Day under the theme 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐬.

Ten teams turned ideas into proof of concepts, exploring new ways to strengthen how we build and deliver the future of industrial data communication. The energy, creativity, and collaboration across teams was really inspiring.

A special congratulations to the winning team behind KITTEN (Kernel Issue Trustworthy Triage Engine) 🐱
This application automates security triage of Linux kernel vulnerabilities, helping us quickly identify what could impact our software and maintain secure, robust solutions.

Innovation Day shows how small steps lead to meaningful improvements – and it was two days filled with teamwork, learning, and fun👏
