Mit dem Druckmessumformer MKPS, entwickelt für den robusten Einsatz in allgemeinen Anwendungen, stellen wir Ihnen den neuen Standard in der Druckmesstechnik vor.

Als neueste Entwicklung auf Basis der Modularen Kompaktsensoren der Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH, kommt der MKPS mit integrierter MATU Universal-Elektronik und IO-Link-Unterstützung. Ex-Schutz Eigensicherheit ist in Vorbereitung.

With the MKPS pressure transmitter, developed for robust use in general applications, we are introducing the new standard in pressure measurement technology.

As the latest development based on the modular compact sensors from Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH, the MKPS features integrated MATU universal electronics and IO-Link support. Intrinsic safety for explosion-protected applications is in development.

For all applications involving relative, absolute or gauge pressure, across measuring ranges from 0…0.1 bar up to 0…1000 bar, the new MKPS will complement the existing range of pressure sensors and, in some cases, replace them to great advantage.

"Gib' Drehzahl Gerd!" ─ Selbst bei höchster Fertigungsfrequenz bleibt unser Kollege aus der CNC-Fertigung stets völlig ruhig.

Die Menschen bei der Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH, die die den Erfolg des Unternehmens ausmachen.

Wir schätzen sie in hohem Maße Wert und möchten Ihnen hier unsere Kollegen gerne einmal näher vorstellen:

Gerd Rewerts, Baujahr '67, ist als gelernter Dreher mit seinen 42 Jahren Berufserfahrung schon mehr als 30 Jahren für die Müller Industrie-Elektronik tätig.

Anfangs über Zulieferbetriebe ist er jetzt bald zehn Jahre als regulärer People of Müller-IE verantwortlich in der Abteilung für Dreh- Fräsarbeiten.

Von der Materialbestellung bis hin zur TÜV-zertifizierten Zeugniserstellung, mit der so genannten Umstempelungsberechtigung von Metallen, ist Gerd der Kontakt zum Einkauf, Produktionsleitung und Geschäftsführung.

Besonders schätzt er an seiner Tätigkeit bei Müller-IE fast ausschließlich in einem modernen Maschinenpark des Ausrüsters EMCO arbeiten zu können und unabhängig der hohen Verantwortung eigentlich doch in seinen "ruhigen Job" stets abliefern zu können.

Privat ist Gerd passionierter Koi-Karpfenzüchter und pflegt in seiner Freizeit den Schießsport im Schützenverein des Heimatdorfes hier in der Stadt Neustadt am Rübenberge.

“Step up the speed, Gerd!” ─ Even at the highest production rates, our colleague from the CNC production department always remains completely calm.

The people at Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH who are the driving force behind the company’s success.

We hold them in the highest regard and would like to take this opportunity to introduce our colleagues to you in more detail:

Gerd Rewerts, born in ’67, is a qualified lathe operator who, with 42 years’ professional experience, has been working for Müller Industrie-Elektronik for more than 30 years.

Having started out through subcontracting firms, he has now been a permanent member of the ‘People of Müller-IE’ team for almost ten years, holding a managerial role in the turning and milling department.

From ordering materials right through to issuing TÜV-certified certificates – including the so-called authorisation to re-stamp metals – Gerd acts as the point of contact for purchasing, production management and senior management.

What he particularly appreciates about his role at Müller-IE is being able to work almost exclusively on modern machinery supplied by EMCO and, despite the high level of responsibility, always being able to deliver in what is essentially his ‘quiet job’.

In his private life, Gerd is a passionate koi carp breeder and, in his spare time, enjoys shooting at the shooting club in his home village here in Neustadt am Rübenberge.

■ People of Müller-IE | Marc lässt Neustadt strahlen ■

Auszubildender Marc Leon Lüders entwickelt mit LORA CORE eine LoRaWAN-basierte Steuerung der Weihnachts-Illumation von Neustadt am Rübenberge.

Mit Unterstützung des Kollegen Daniel Hüttmann als Projektmentor hat Marc, mit Start im ersten Lehrjahr, die komplexe Aufgabe einer zentral gesteuerten Weihnachtsbeleuchtung erfolgreich bewerkstelligt.

LoRaWAN, das sogenannte Long Range Wide Area Network, ist ein energiesparendes Funknetzwerk-Protokoll, das speziell für das Internet der Dinge (IoT) entwickelt wurde. Es ermöglicht Sensoren, Aktoren und in unserem Fall Steuerungen mit kleinen Datenmengen über sehr große Distanzen, bis zu mehreren Kilometern weit und auch durch dicke Wände "anzufunken".

Wir freuen uns als Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH für unsere Stadt Neustadt am Rübenberge im Zusammenwirken mit der Wirtschaftsförderung Neustadt a. Rbge. GmbH dieses "Leuchturmprojekt" ausführen zu können.

Hierbei wird zukünftig zentral von der Stadtverwaltung aus die Weihnachtbeleuchtung der Innenstadt mit über 60 Empfangsstationen gesteuert.

Mit der Umsetzung in LoRaWAN-Technologie von der Hard- bis zur Softwarelösung haben Marc und Kollege Daniel das Projekt LORA CORE klasse abgeschlossen! Mein Dank geht an alle unsere fähigen Auszubildenden und jungen Mitarbeiter!

■ People of Müller-IE | Marc makes Neustadt shine ■

Trainee Marc Leon Lüders has developed LORA CORE, a LoRaWAN-based control system for the Christmas illuminations in Neustadt am Rübenberge.

With the support of his colleague Daniel Hüttmann, who acted as his project mentor, Marc – who is in his first year of his apprenticeship – has successfully tackled the complex task of creating a centrally controlled Christmas lighting display.

LoRaWAN, or Long Range Wide Area Network, is an energy-efficient wireless network protocol developed specifically for the Internet of Things (IoT). It enables sensors, actuators and, in our case, control systems to ‘communicate’ small amounts of data over very long distances – up to several kilometres – and even through thick walls.

We at Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH are delighted to be able to carry out this ‘flagship project’ for our town of Neustadt am Rübenberge in collaboration with Wirtschaftsförderung Neustadt a. Rbge. GmbH.

In future, the town centre’s Christmas lighting will be controlled centrally by the town council via over 60 receiving stations.

By implementing the project using LoRaWAN technology – from the hardware to the software solution – Marc and his colleague Daniel have done a brilliant job in completing the LORA CORE project! My thanks go to all our talented apprentices and young staff!

■ Invest in Nachhaltigkeit ■

Wir haben weiter investiert in Sachen Ressourcenschonung und Nachhaltigkeit.

Was bisher als Kupferschrott nicht selten aus dem Kreislauf fiel, weil etwa zu klein um manuell bearbeitet zu werden, führen wir jetzt einer Wiederverwendung zu.

Mit der Neuanschaffung, einer Kupfer-Kabelgranulieranlage von WALLDORN, nutzen wir zukünftig selbst kleinste Mengen an Kabelverschnitt unserer Unternehmen der mmcAG*.

Durch dieses nachhaltige Recycling von Kabel-Kupfer werden in nicht unerheblicher Menge Ressourcen geschont, Umweltbelastungen verringert und in hohem Maße Energie eingespart.

"Und eine begeisternde Geschäftsidee ist es auf jeden Fall!", so Geschäftsführer Matthias Müller.

■ Invest in sustainability ■

We have continued to invest in resource conservation and sustainability.

What used to be discarded as copper scrap – often because it was too small to be processed manually – is now being recycled.

With our new acquisition – a copper cable granulation plant from WALLDORN – we will in future be able to utilise even the smallest quantities of cable off-cuts from our mmcAG* companies.

This sustainable recycling of copper from cables conserves a significant amount of resources, reduces environmental impact and saves a great deal of energy.

Heute haben wir unseren neuen Kollege Patrick Köhler als Unterstützung der Hard- und Software-Entwickler im Team der Abteilung Innovation begrüßt.

Nach seiner schulische Ausbildung mit Abschluss der Fachhochschulreife war Patrick unter anderen in der Entwicklung von Funktechnologie "smarter Sportausrüstung" tätig.

Bei Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH kann das der Weg in die weitere Entwicklung unserer LoRaWAN Modul-Implementierung sein.

Privat ist Patrick leidenschaftlicher Eisenbahn-Modellbauer. Auf diesem Wege hat er auch durch Mundpropaganda eines seiner Vereinskameraden, welcher einer unserer Auszubildenden ist, zu seinem neuen Job in der Entwicklung der Müller IE gefunden.

Today we welcomed our new colleague, Patrick Köhler, to the Innovation department team, where he will be supporting the hardware and software developers.

Following his secondary education, which culminated in a qualification for entry to a university of applied sciences, Patrick worked, amongst other things, on the development of wireless technology for ‘smart sports equipment’.

At Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH, this could pave the way for the further development of our LoRaWAN module implementation.

In his spare time, Patrick is a passionate model railway enthusiast. It was through word of mouth from one of his club mates – who is one of our apprentices – that he found his new job in development at Müller IE.

Der Kalibrierservice der Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH ist als Werkskalibrierung mit Abholservice und Ausstellung eines Werks-Kalibrierschein oder als Vor-Ort-Kalibrierservice für Ihre Messgeräte möglich, wenn Sie auf Ihre Prüfmittel nicht verzichten können und eine Unterbrechung des Produktionsablaufs vermeiden möchten.

Als Prüfkomponenten kommen hochpräzise Messeinrichtungen von MENSOR / WIKA zum Einsatz. MIt Kolbenmanometern zur Kalibrierung von elektronischen oder mechanischen Druckmessgeräten bis hin zu Niederdruck Controllern zur mobilen Kalibrierung mittels kleiner positiv/negativer oder Differenzdrücke etwa für die Bereichen HVAC, Reinraum und Medizintechnik prüfen wir Ihre Geräte.

Calibration service available either on-site or via a collection service for your measuring instruments.

Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH’s calibration service is available either as a factory calibration with a collection service and the issue of a factory calibration certificate, or as an on-site calibration service for your measuring instruments, should you be unable to do without your test equipment and wish to avoid any interruption to your production process.

High-precision measuring equipment from MENSOR / WIKA is used for testing. We test your equipment using a range of instruments, from piston manometers for calibrating electronic or mechanical pressure gauges to low-pressure controllers for mobile calibration using small positive/negative or differential pressures, for example in the HVAC, cleanroom and medical technology sectors.

As proof of our certified accuracy, you, as the service recipient, will receive the relevant factory calibration certificates as standard; a DAkkS certificate is also available as an option.

Wir schätzen unsere Kolleginnen in hohem Maße Wert und möchten sie Ihnen hier gerne einmal näher vorstellen:

Denise ─ Als junge Mutter wieder aus der Elternzeit zurück und gleich mittendrin!

Nach genau einem Jahr Babypause, zu der sie sich für ihren Nachwuchs hat freistellen lassen, ist unsere beliebte Kollegin Denise zurück in unserem Unternehmen!

Denise hatte ihren beruflichen Werdegang „von der Pike auf“, also von ersten Anfängen bis zu ihrem erarbeiteten Expertenstatus, bei uns in der Müller-Industrie-Elektronik GmbH vollzogen.

So durchlief sie als gelernte Industriekauffrau alle Bereiche des Betriebes und hat in der Abteilung Vertrieb | Export in der Auftragsabwicklung schon lange ihren Platz gefunden.

Und das ist auch, was ihr an der Tätigkeit bei Müller-IE besonders gefällt, mit ihrem "Insider-Wissen" bei abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben das Unternehmen unterstützen und entscheidend voranbringen zu können.

In ihrer Freizeit liebt es Denise als ausgesprochene Elefantenfreundin dieses Faible für Tiere und Natur bei Tierparkbesuchen und Ausflügen an die Nordsee an ihre beiden Kinder zu vermitteln. Zudem verfolgt sie zusammen mit ihrem Mann auch weiterhin ihre sportlichen Interessen, bei denen sie lange ehrenamtlich als Sportleiterin tätig war.

The people at Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH who are the driving force behind the company’s success.

We hold our colleagues in the highest regard and would like to introduce them to you in more detail here:

Denise ─ Back from parental leave as a new mum and straight back in the thick of things!

After exactly one year’s maternity leave, which she took to care for her new baby, our much-loved colleague Denise is back at our company!

Denise built her career ‘from the ground up’ – from her very first steps right through to her hard-earned expert status – here at Müller-Industrie-Elektronik GmbH.

As a qualified industrial management assistant, she has worked her way through all areas of the business and has long since found her place in the Sales | Export department, working in order processing.

And that is precisely what she particularly enjoys about working at Müller-IE: being able to support the company and drive it forward in a decisive way through her ‘insider knowledge’ whilst tackling a varied range of tasks.

In her spare time, Denise – a self-confessed elephant lover – loves to share her passion for animals and nature with her two children through visits to zoos and trips to the North Sea. In addition, she continues to pursue her sporting interests alongside her husband, having worked as a sports instructor on a voluntary basis for many years.

Denise, we’re delighted to have you back on board!
