The idea isnt new, but it matters more than ever. Several SARNES industrial furnaces run 24/7 with integrated endogas generation. The protective gas is produced right inside the furnace by in-built ENDO retorts.

Example: belt sintering furnace, 6,000 h/a:
- 100% nitrogen from a tank: around €48,800 per year
- Integrated endogas generation: around €13,800 per year
-> savings: appr. €35,000 per year.
