The biggest machine is not always the best place to start.

Especially when developing new products, it can make more sense to first prove that the product, process and market potential are right.

Once that works, production can grow with demand.
That is what smart scaling looks like to us: start with the product, learn from real production and invest in more capacity when you know what works.

Because successful automation is not about going big from day one.

It is about building a production setup that can grow with your business. 🚀

A second machine can sometimes say more than any performance figure.

For Titz in Austria, the key was not simply producing faster. It was about creating a setup that can handle different skewer products reliably and consistently.
Fillet, sausages, chicken breast or thigh meat: different products bring different challenges to production.

And when the first system proves itself in daily production, the next step becomes much easier.
The result? A second Skewer System 2040 was ordered. 🙌

That’s what successful automation looks like to us: flexibility that gives producers room to grow.

We can finally make it official: MIVEG has been recognized with the International FoodTec Award 2026. 🏆

This award means a lot to us because there is one clear goal behind everything we develop: making food production more efficient, more sustainable and ready for the future.
The award will officially be presented on February 23, 2027, at Anuga FoodTec in Cologne.

Until then, we especially want to say thank you to our entire team, who work every day to turn ideas into practical solutions that make a real difference in food production. 🙌
We’re looking forward to Cologne! 🏆

Sometimes more output doesn’t require a new machine. It requires getting more out of the one you already have. 💪

During the season, our customer wanted to retrain the production team and optimize the existing process.
So we went on site, trained the employees directly in production and worked together on the processes for chicken tenderloin skewers and chicken meatballs.
The result: the team is confident with the process, production runs more efficiently and output has increased. 🚀

A good reminder that automation doesn’t end with installing a machine. Training and the right processes make the difference.

At Anuga FoodTec, it’s not just about showing our machines. It’s about one key question: What will the skewer production of tomorrow look like?

More efficiency, consistent product quality and solutions for new convenience products.
That’s exactly what we want to talk about with you.

The next BBQ season won’t become easier just because you work harder.

When demand increases, the real question is whether your production can grow with it.
More orders shouldn’t automatically mean more staff, more overtime and more pressure on your team.

That’s why preparing for the next season starts with looking at your production today.

Where are you losing capacity?
Where are you too dependent on manual labor?
And where could automation make your process more reliable?
What do you want to change in your skewer production for 2027?

Let’s talk about it. 🚀

02/10/2026

The 2027 skewer season starts for us right now.

During our visit to Plukon in Visbek, one question was at the center of the discussion:
How can more automation help compensate for labor shortages while reducing production costs?
Because if you want to produce efficiently next season, you need to start optimizing your processes today.

Thanks for the great exchange and the insights on site! 🙌
