Four different skewers, just two cassette types. That was the challenge Stoop Premium Meat in the Netherlands was facing.
Stoop produces Saté skewers for wholesale, supermarkets and food service – previously entirely by hand.
The challenge was not only production itself, but variety: different meat sizes, skewer lengths, gram weights and piece counts.
The more variations you have, the more complex planning, logistics and quality control become across the entire process.
So the solution had to be more than just automation.
It had to deliver flexibility and stability at the same time.
Together with our partner IB Food Machines, we designed the MIVEG 2040 exactly for this requirement.
Today, Stoop produces four skewer variants using just two cassette types – and the system remains fully scalable for future product extensions.
Result directly after installation:
6,500 skewers in 90 minutes.
No training. No fine-tuning.
This is where the real leverage in food production becomes visible:
Not just producing faster – but making complexity manageable.
