Nawareum – Wo Zukunft anfassbar wird🌱
Das NAWAREUM in Straubing ist ein Mitmach-Museum rund um nachwachsende Rohstoffe und erneuerbare Energien. Auf drei Etagen, im Garten und in einem modernen Passivbau können Besucherinnen und Besucher an zahlreichen interaktiven Stationen selbst aktiv werden – und kreative Lösungen für die Welt von morgen ausprobieren. Das Museum gehört zum Technologie- und Förderzentrum (TFZ), einer Forschungseinrichtung des Freistaates Bayern, und wird gemeinsam mit der TU München und C.A.R.M.E.N. e.V. betrieben. Das NAWAREUM versteht sich als Brücke zwischen Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft – und setzt dabei auf Neugier statt Belehrung. Im Mittelpunkt steht das gemeinsame Entdecken: spielerisch, erlebnisorientiert und für alle Altersgruppen.

The NAWAREUM in Straubing is a hands-on museum dedicated to renewable raw materials and renewable energy. Across three floors, in the garden and within a modern passive house, visitors can get involved at numerous interactive stations – and try out creative solutions for the world of tomorrow. The museum is part of the Technology and Promotion Centre (TFZ), a research institution of the Free State of Bavaria, and is run in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich and C.A.R.M.E.N. e.V. The NAWAREUM sees itself as a bridge between science and society – and focuses on curiosity rather than lecturing. The focus is on shared discovery: playful, experience-oriented and suitable for all age groups.
