We celebrated 40 years of Hilscher – together, around the world. 🎂🌍

Yesterday, our headquarters, Sales Units, and Development Offices came together online for a special anniversary celebration.
Most of our over 400 colleagues joined from different time zones – some early in the morning from the US, some around noon from Europe, and our colleagues in Asia already late in the evening.

But everyone had the essentials ready: cake, something to toast with, and our global anniversary gifts. 😉

After a few words from our Head of Global Marketing Tim Pauls and our CEO Sebastian Hilscher, we counted down together and cut the anniversary cakes at all our locations.
A simple idea that turned into a pretty special moment for Team Hilscher.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to all the colleagues who helped organize the celebrations locally and behind the scenes. 🙌

Teamgeist können wir. (Am Torschuss arbeiten wir noch ein bisschen). 😉⚽

Beim 1. Okrifteler Firmen-Cup hieß es für unser Hilscher-Team rauf auf den Fußballplatz! Gemeinsam mit neun weiteren Firmenmannschaften ging es im Okrifteler Wäldchen um Tore, Punkte und natürlich jede Menge Teamspirit.

Das Ergebnis? Platz 8 für Team Hilscher! 🏆

Vielleicht noch etwas Luft nach oben auf der Tabelle – dafür ganz weit vorne bei guter Laune, gegenseitigem Anfeuern und einem richtig schönen Tag mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen. 😄

Denn Teamwork funktioniert eben nicht nur im Arbeitskontext!

Vielen Dank an den FC Germania Okriftel für die Organisation und an alle Teams für die fairen Spiele und den entspannten Austausch abseits des Platzes! 🙌

Und natürlich ein großes Dankeschön an unsere Hilscher-Kollegen, die für uns auf dem Platz standen. ⚽

Happy 40th Birthday to us! 🎂🎈
Today, Hilscher officially turns 40!

What started on September 19, 1986, with an idea and a small engineering office in Hattersheim has grown into something Hans-Jürgen Hilscher probably couldn't have imagined back then: more than 400 colleagues, teams around the world, countless shared memories – and quite a few generations of technology. 😉

But a birthday isn't complete without a few wishes.

So during our Open Doors Summer Party last weekend, we asked our colleagues and guests: What do you wish Hilscher for the future? 💭

The answers made us smile – and some made us think.

Keep growing.
Stay one step ahead.

🎉 What a day! Thank you for celebrating with us. ❤️

Last weekend, we celebrated 40 years of Hilscher and we couldn't have wished for a better way to mark this special milestone.

It was wonderful to welcome so many colleagues, families, friends, neighbors, customers, and visitors to our headquarters in Hattersheim.

Whether you joined one of our guided tours, enjoyed the live music, grabbed an ice cream, watched the kids having fun on the bouncy castle, or simply spent time talking with us. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

One of the most memorable moments of the day was planting an oak tree together. A symbol of strong roots, steady growth, and looking ahead to the future. 🌳

Thank you to everyone who helped make this anniversary so special. We truly enjoyed celebrating with you and creating new memories together.

Vor 40 Jahren gründete Hans-Jürgen Hilscher unser Unternehmen – damals noch im eigenen Familienhaus und mit der Vorstellung, einmal vielleicht 10 bis 15 Mitarbeitende zu beschäftigen.

Heute sind wir rund 450 Kolleginnen und Kollegen weltweit und sorgen mit unseren Technologien dafür, dass Maschinen, Steuerungen, Antriebe und Sensoren in Fabriken auf der ganzen Welt miteinander kommunizieren können. 🌍

Genau diese Geschichte hat die FAZ.NET - Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung neugierig gemacht. ⤵️

🌍 Small changes can make a difference.

On World Environment Day, we’d like to share one example of how we're working to make our everyday operations a little more sustainable.

Over the past years, we have gradually transitioned most of our product packaging to cartons with a higher share of recycled material. And we're currently completing the final steps for the remaining packaging in a smaller part of our product portfolio. 📦

For us, sustainability is not about one big measure. It's about continuously improving the things we can influence.

That also includes:
♻️ Replacing PU foam with recyclable PE foam
⚡ Expanding renewable energy generation
🚲 Supporting e-mobility and cycling
🌱 Creating more natural spaces around our headquarters

Every step may seem small on its own — but together, they help us move in the right direction.
