Some raw materials require specialised milling solutions: our REKORD universal mills are ideal for heat-sensitive spices with a high oil content, while our cutting and hammer mills are perfectly suited for fibrous or particularly hard flavour carriers such as ginger, vanilla, or kola nut.

This ensures that the aroma is preserved, even during continuous operation. In the JEHMLICH application centre, we define the optimal process parameters for each raw material so that your spices can fully develop and retain their distinctive flavour.
