All fraud costs trust.

But in our industry, Hashtag doesn't just cost money or reputation it risks lives.

We recently found a case of falsified certification documents for rope hoists. This was not a mistake. The documents were faked on purpose and when questions were raised, they were changed again and again to hide it. This case has been formally prosecuted.

This is not a grey area. It puts people at risk people who Hashtag that the equipment keeping them safe has actually been tested.

Real Hashtag takes time, expertise, and independent testing. Without it, nobody knows if the equipment is safe. Not the buyer. Not the user. Not even the manufacturer.

We believe in fair competition. We respect every manufacturer who plays by the rules. But when certifications are faked on purpose, silence is not an option.

It never was.

The third and final day of GRIMPDAY 2026 in Namur has come to an end.

Even with the sun finally out, the final challenges remained highly demanding. The teams had to rely on precise communication, safe handling, structured decision-making and strong teamwork until the very last scenario.

Congratulations to GRIMP 16 from France for taking 1st place, GREEN UP from France for 2nd place and EH Team from Canada for 3rd place.

A special shoutout goes to Chisholm Trail Rescue for achieving an outstanding 5th place in a highly competitive field.

We were also proud to see our CONREST PRO used throughout the competition. In demanding rescue scenarios, it supports teams with secure patient immobilisation, multiple handling options and a stable design for complex evacuations in confined or difficult-to-access areas.

GRIMPDAY once again showed what technical rescue is about: competence, endurance and trust in the team.

Day 2 of 2026 pushed both teams and equipment to their limits.

The four challenges: Crane, Merveilleuse, Fabiola and Remparts – all took place across the Citadel of , where continuous rain and slippery conditions added another layer of complexity to already demanding rescue scenarios.

Throughout the day, teams demonstrated outstanding technical skills, problem-solving and adaptability under pressure. Various rescue techniques and equipment configurations were put to the test, including scenarios involving our K9 Dog Harness and Power Ascenders.

Rick Flynt explains how what started with a shared commitment to rescue and training quickly became a strong partnership.
Together with and they combine expertise, experience and we bring the innovative products to GET THEM THERE.

Day 1 of 2026 in Namur is complete.

Changing weather conditions made the first day even more demanding. The first challenge took place in the dark at the Theatre of , requiring full concentration, precise communication, safe handling and clear decision-making under pressure.

The teams then faced a bridge rescue through a narrow passage, a complex scaffolding rescue using our +, and a final scenario involving our , where casualties had to be rescued across multiple levels.

Respect to all teams for a strong start under challenging conditions.

Do you want to become qualified to install and inspect fall protection systems? Fall protection systems only provide reliable protection when they are planned, installed, documented and inspected correctly. That is exactly what our Qualified Person Training for Systems is built for.

We have two-day courses, where participants learn how to professionally handle SKYLOTEC fall protection systems such as horizontal and vertical cable and rail systems, guardrails and single anchor points.

The training combines theory and practice:

- Legal requirements, standards and liability topics
- Interaction between PPE and fall protection systems
- Correct installation on different substrates and substructures
- Standard-compliant acceptance inspections
- Inspection, maintenance and documentation
