Kraft Curing’s containerized v***r curing units are designed to bring certainty, performance, and flexibility to modern concrete production operations through one fully integrated curing solution.
Housed inside a fully serviced and insulated 20-ft container, the system arrives factory installed, pre-plumbed, pre-wired, tested, and ready for operation. The v***r generator, AutoCure® controls, gas train, water system, electric motor, and air compressor are intentionally laid out for full visibility, simplified maintenance access, and efficient operation.

Built for real-world plant environments, the container is insulated and sound-proofed on all sides to reduce airborne noise while protecting the curing equipment from freezing temperatures and harsh outdoor conditions. Optional heating and air conditioning packages allow reliable operation in cold climates, humid regions, or high-temperature desert environments.
Optional pre-installed water softening systems; including regeneration tanks, salt tank, and pressure boosting pumps; help maintain stable water quality and pressure to the v***r generator for dependable long-term operation.
At the center of the system is Kraft Curing’s low-pressure v***r technology featuring a water-cooled stainless-steel combustion chamber backed by a lifetime warranty, delivering controlled heat and humidity for accelerated concrete curing.
Front-mounted touchscreens provide operators with intuitive access to AutoCure® curing controls for fully automated and repeatable curing cycles, while remote access capabilities allow Kraft technicians to monitor, troubleshoot, and support the system without needing to be onsite.
