Frozen stockpiles. Ice and snowballs in storage and batching bins. Unwanted water entering the mix as frozen aggregates thaw - cold-weather aggregate handling can quickly become a production problem.

Hot Rocks® is designed to thaw and heat sand and stone using a high volume of hot, high-pressure air - without adding water to your aggregates. Individual bins or silos can be automatically controlled by temperature, supplying heat when material drops below the setpoint.

Unlike systems that introduce combustion gases directly into the bins, Hot Rocks® keeps combustion gases out of the aggregate storage area. The system delivers air temperatures up to 160°C (320°F), with a high-pressure radial ventilator engineered to distribute heat through the material.

Details matter - especially when the rack is part of the curing process.
