What was your main focus during the first 100 days?

The resilience and positivity we’ve seen, especially after the challenges of the past, have been truly inspiring.”
How did you approach stabilizing the company’s financial situation?
Dr. Bart Devos: “Emerging from a challenging financial period, we knew stabilizing our finances was critical. We had to ensure a smooth turnaround, and I’m proud to say that we’ve achieved positive financial results within just a few months. This success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team. It’s given us a solid foundation to build on for future growth.”
What role does the company’s technical heritage play in its future?
Jost Orichel: “Our technical expertise, developed over three generations, is our most valuable asset. In conversations with partners and customers, it became clear that this is what sets us apart. We’re committed to preserving this legacy while also driving innovation. By empowering young talent within our organization, we’re ensuring that our technical know-how continues to thrive.
