✨ LadySTAR at Stabilus | Workshop Recap ✨

This week, our LadySTAR Workshop tackled a topic that resonates with so many of us – yet is rarely spoken out loud: "The Impostor in Your Head". Together with Sabine Salah-Lampa, Director People & Culture at Stabilus, we took a deep and honest look at the so-called Impostor Syndrome, in an open, interactive session full of energy, courage, and real conversation.

What moved us:

🔹 Why do we doubt ourselves – even when the facts clearly speak in our favour?
🔹 How do we recognise our own patterns – and how do we break through them?

The workshop was anything but theoretical: Interactive exercises, genuine "aha" moments, honest conversations, and plenty of take-aways to bring straight into everyday life.

For our Stabilus Aftersales Team, projects like this are an important part of our quality assurance work: Our colleagues test aftermarket solutions directly on the vehicle, even on rare models and in international markets.

After all, true performance isn’t evident in the spec sheet, but in real-world use:

✔ Smooth, controlled movement
✔ Reliable operation throughout the entire stroke

In this case, our engineers focused on the tailgate system and the precise tuning of the gas spring, so that opening and closing the tailgate meet drivers’ expectations exactly – safe, comfortable, and consistent.
