A week on the Ionian Sea — coached by a TOPCAT World Champion. 🌊

Most first tacks look like chaos.
Sheets fly, the cat stalls, the crew shouts at each other.
Nothing's broken — just the rhythm.

Five steps, two voices, one beat:
1. "Ready to tack?" — "Is clear!"
2. Sheet in. Luff up. Check space.
3. Push the tiller. "Jib back, main clack!"
4. Cross over. Hand off. Open the jib.
5. New course. Sheets in. Sail on.

Count it out loud the first ten times. After that, your hands take over.
A clean tack is a conversation, not a wrestling match.
