On 14 October 2026, we took part in the “Karriere Kompakt” job fair in Greifswald, where we had the opportunity to meet and talk to numerous interested school pupils.

Elisa Maria Oerters and Arne Brinkmann from our HR team presented HanseYachts AG and our range of apprenticeship and study opportunities there, together with some of our apprentices and students. ⛵️💼

We were particularly pleased to see the strong interest in our apprenticeship opportunities and what makes an apprenticeship at HanseYachts so special.

From day-to-day work to opportunities after completing an apprenticeship – there were many interesting questions and lots of great conversations.

We had many promising conversations with young people from the region and are confident that we will find new talent among them for our apprenticeship intake in September 2027🌊

Arne Brinkmann, Apprenticeship Coordinator at HanseYachts AG, looks back on the event:

“With around 250 visitors at our booth, the fair was a great success. Our wide range of apprenticeship opportunities attracted a lot of interest, and our newly designed booth also received an excellent response. Overall, it was a successful day and a great start to bringing our presence at career fairs back to life.”

Many thanks to everyone who dropped by and took the time for a personal chat.

We hope we were able to give you a good insight into apprenticeships at HanseYachts - and perhaps we’ll see some of you again soon, this time as part of our team 💙

Modern yachts, timeless spirit ⛵️⏳

Years pass, technologies evolve and modern sailing yachts continue to improve in ways that sailors could only dream of decades ago.

The Hanse fleet constantly evolves to reflect these innovations and make sailing easier, safer and more enjoyable.

But at the heart of every Hanse yacht there is something that never changes - the pure love of sailing.

Technology may move forward, but the spirit of sailing stays timeless.

And that spirit has defined Hanse for many years 💙
