Since 1993, Simone Pajunk-Schelling and Martin Hauger have been leading the company in the second generation. Under their joint management, the internationalization of PAJUNK has been successfully advanced - with a clear connection to the production site in Geisingen, Germany.

We mourn the loss of our co-founder, Heinrich Pajunk, who passed away on April 1, 2026.

We bid farewell to a visionary and dedicated entrepreneur. In the 1960s, brothers Heinrich and Horst Pajunk took the bold step of starting their own business. Together, they built, led, and shaped the company with remarkable determination and foresight. Today, more than 60 years later, PAJUNK is an internationally recognized medical technology company.

Even beyond his retirement, Heinrich Pajunk remained closely connected to the family business, acting as a trusted supervisory board member and an inspiring presence. He was known for his experience, warmth, and charisma.

We are deeply grateful to have been part of his life’s work and will carry his legacy forward.
