Project update: New Geisenfeld Secondary School – Start of Construction Phase III 🚧

The next milestone has been reached: Construction Phase III has begun and demolition work on the existing secondary school building, which dates from 1975, is underway.

As was the case with the demolition of the original single-span sports hall, the project was preceded by a thorough decontamination process. The demolition now provides the necessary space for the new buildings, including the future canteen and the triple-sized sports hall. 🍽️🏀

We are delighted to be part of this entire project and to see how this new school campus progresses at every stage. 🎓✨

With the opening of the refurbished hospital pharmacy at the hospital Landshut-Achdorf, (one of a group of affiliated hospitals in the region) a major modernization project in the healthcare sector has been successfully completed. 🏥✨

We are particularly pleased to have been involved in this project during the Site Supervision & Documentation phase. Throughout the project, our team ensured that quality standards, procedures, and structural requirements were consistently met, resulting in a modern work environment that meets the high standards of hospital facilities. 🔍📋

The new facility is one of the most modern pharmacy premises in Lower Bavaria and will serve the affiliated hospitals of Landshut-Achdorf, Vilsbiburg, and Rottenburg in the future. 💊📦

A showcase project that demonstrates the lasting impact that precise planning, thorough construction supervision, and close collaboration have on the ultimate success.

Congratulations to the regional hospital group on the successful completion of its modernization project. 👏🏼

🎉 Double award for the DELTA Gruppe!

We are delighted to have received two awards as part of the ‘Beruf und Familie. Geht gut bei uns!’ initiative: in the two categories “Apprenticeship” and ‘Career and Family’🎖️🎖️

The awards were presented to us by District Administrator Tanja Schweiger, together with around 80 other companies from the city and district of Regensburg. The initiative recognises companies that are committed to high-quality training, family-friendly personnel policies and modern working models. At the same time, it creates a platform where companies can network, exchange experiences and share ideas. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

The event at Tech Campus Wörth-Wiesent offered exactly this kind of exchange: lots of perspectives, exciting discussions and a strong network that raises the profile and strengthens regional employers.

We are proud of these awards and proud to be part of an initiative that strengthens regional employers and raises awareness of future issues. 💙

We are proud to be part of a forward-looking project as construction planners: the new education centre for special needs in Aschau am Inn. ✨

Modern learning and living spaces are being created here that will enable even more children to receive individual support. This is an important step for education and inclusion. 🏫

A successful end to the year in Tunis ✨

Last Friday we had the pleasure of attending the Christmas event of the AHK Tunesien - Chambre Tuniso-Allemande de l'Industrie et du Commerce in Tunis

Such events not only provide us with a platform for intercultural exchange, but also enable the building of bridges between cultures, and aid in the strengthening of understanding between different economic areas. 🌍🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

A dinner with multiple courses and impressive acrobatic entertainment made the evening a truly memorable experience.

We greatly appreciate the work of the Tunisian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK), because they connect companies and people, a key factor in the forming of successful partnerships.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the invitation and the excellent organization. 😊

A milestone for the Geisenfeld educational region 🏫 🎓

On Thursday, 27 November 2025, the new building of the Geisenfeld secondary school was officially blessed. It was a special moment for the school community and everyone involved. Among the guests were Albert Gürtner (district administrator), Paul Weber (mayor), Michael Heimes (ministerial representative) and Sabine Billinger (headmistress).

The blessing by Deacon Peter Kessler and parish priest Dr Andreas Ring made it clear that this is not just about a building, but about the people who learn and work in it. The pupils' wishes for respect, cohesion and diversity show what this place stands for. ✝️ 💪🏼

As the architectural team responsible, we were able to design spaces that enable modern learning: open learning centres for teamwork and independent learning, embedded in a future-oriented concept. 🚀

Our project manager Stefan H. summed it up aptly:
‘It is impressive that large parts of the building still correspond to the original design ideas today. A sign of the viability of these concepts.’

With bright classrooms, modern specialist rooms and soon a triple gym, a campus is being created here that will shape generations.

A big thank you to the district of Pfaffenhofen, the town of Geisenfeld, the school management and all project partners for their trusting cooperation. 🤝🏻 😊
