Als Familienunternehmen mit Hauptsitz im Schwarzwald sind wir seit über 90 Jahren zuverlässiger An Das Büro Kohlbecker wurde 1930 von Karl Kohlbecker gegründet.

Heute besteht die Kohlbecker Gesamtplan GmbH in der dritten Generation und beschäftigt insgesamt rund 150 Mitarbeiter an unseren Standorten in Gaggenau, München und Köln. Alina Gerstner hat ihr duales Studium im Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Ihre praxisorientierte Bachelorarbeit zur Integration von Nachhaltigkeitskriterien im Industriebau wurde vom Springer Verlag veröffentlicht und als eine der fünf besten Arbeiten ausgezeichnet, wobei sie vielfältige praktische Erfahrungen bei Kohlbecker sammelte.

Ein spannender Tag bei uns im Kölner Büro! In der letzten Woche hatten wir das Vergnügen, die Jury des German Lean Construction Institute - GLCI e.V. Awards bei uns zu begrüßen – mit unserem CEO Matthias Kohlbecker als Teil des Gremiums.

Das German Lean Construction Institute (GLCI) ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Lean Construction-Community im deutschsprachigen Raum. Es hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Fachleute und Organisationen aus der Bau- und Immobilienbranche zu vernetzen und ihnen das Wissen und die Werkzeuge des Lean Managements näherzubringen. Im Fokus steht dabei die Förderung einer effizienteren, ressourcenschonenden und nutzerzentrierten Bauweise in allen Phasen von Planung bis Betrieb.
