| hoMe, Mannheim

More than a residential high-rise. A bold urban landmark shaped as part of a larger vision for FRANKLIN Mitte. ❤️

HOME M is one of four residential towers that together form the word HOME. It creates a distinctive identity for the new neighborhood. Generous openings, a vibrant red façade and a layered rhythm of balconies give the building its sculptural character, while rooftop sports areas and shared spaces extend life beyond the apartments. 🏙️

| Wohnquartier Deilegrund, Essen-Dilldorf

More than housing. A neighborhood shaped around community, inclusion and everyday life. 💚

Three timber-hybrid buildings frame a shared green courtyard at the heart of Deilegrund. 🌳 A mix of flexible homes, dedicated living groups and communal spaces – from the neighborhood café to workshops and shared lounges – creates room for encounter, exchange and retreat. 🏘️

The visualizations translate the architectural concept into a deliberately soft, watercolor-inspired visual language. 🎨 Warm timber, natural light and lively everyday scenes bring the future character of the neighborhood to life while maintaining the illustrative quality of the design process. ✨

A new place for community, shaped around St. Martin church. ⛪

The competition entry “Locus” forms a new ensemble of three precisely positioned buildings that create spaces for encounter, connect existing uses and strengthen the presence of the church within the site.

Differentiated volumes, a restrained material palette and carefully framed views allow the new architecture to step back while reinforcing St. Martin as the central landmark. The redesigned parish garden links Martinspark and Kirchgasse, opening up new connections and restoring the historic relationship to the church. 🌳

Our visualizations focus on the interplay between architecture, landscape and everyday life, translating the spatial idea of the ensemble into an atmospheric image of its future character. ✨
