Company Tours for Congress Participants

If you are interested in learning more about some of Denmark’s leading companies within the industrial food industry, EHEDG and MCH have arranged two guided tours, which take place the day after the congress, Friday November 4.

Tour 1:

Danish Crown - the world's largest exporter of pork and BLÜCHER - one of Europe's leading producers of stainless steel drainage systems

Tour 2:

DSS - A Tetra Pak Company and Arla Foods Taulov Dairy - probably the most advanced of its kind in the world.

Both tours are free of charge for congress participants, and you will be picked up at your hotel Friday morning. The tours will finish around 2.30 pm and the bus will drive to Billund Airport, where it will arrive around 3.30 pm.

We are glad to announce the EHEDG World Congress on Hygienic Engineering & Design 2016 - Denmark which is scheduled to take place from 2 - 3 November 2016 in Herning. In its 4th edition, the event will be again a summit in hygienic design, food safety and technology topics.

The Hygienic Study Award honors an upcoming generation of young scientists to promote science & research in the field of hygienic processing. Knowledge resulting from the award is an added value which will contribute to the advancement of Hygienic Design worldwide and which will encourage the development of an international community in this important topic.
