Elevating the shopping breaks with a touch of green

At the new Elvi Apetit concept store in Riga, warm wood accents and deep green tones create an inviting atmosphere, beautifully balanced by HIMACS surfaces.

With a light base colour and chips in green tones, HIMACS Terrazzo Ulivo tabletops add visual depth to this café. At the counter area, the HIMACS Shadow Queen countertop creates a timeless elegance.

Beyond the visual appeal, the non-porous HIMACS surfaces are easy to maintain amidst the hustle and bustle of HORECA interiors, while both terrazzo Ulivo and Shadow Queen colours are SCS certified for containing a minimum of 6% recycled content.

Over the past two days, our HIMACS team has been showcasing the creative possibilities of solid surface through an immersive stand designed in collaboration with COAST Office.

From thermoforming capabilities to an expanded colour palette, the stand highlights the versatility of HIMACS, including the Red Dot Design Award-winning Terrazzo colours, new Aurora and Calacatta shades, and colours that contain SCS-certified pre-consumer recycled content 🌿

After Berlin, the stand will continue its journey to 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁@𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟭–𝟭𝟮 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, bringing the same exploration of material, colour and form to a new audience.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 ✨
At the Only Smile dental clinic in Galați, Romania, the traditional clinical interior is softened through flowing curves, sculptural forms and integrated light.

Throughout the clinic, 𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗦 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 helps create a distinctive architectural language, from the sweeping reception desk to the ribbed detailing that continues along the corridors. Light and shadow accentuate the curved surfaces, adding depth and movement to the predominantly white interior.

The result is a warm, contemporary space where material, form and light contribute to a more welcoming patient experience.

🇮🇹 Organised by Mazzei Architects at their studio in Parma, TRAME DI PROGETTO brought together architects and designers for an evening dedicated to HIMACS. On their beautiful terrace, guests had the opportunity to discover the material from a new perspective, exchange ideas and explore the creative possibilities it can bring to architecture and interior design.

Good conversations, fresh perspectives and plenty of inspiration for future projects.

𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 🏛️
Set around a listed 15th-century Gothic courtyard, Maison Philippe Le Bon in Dijon has been reimagined by EK Décoration with one idea in mind: preserving its character while bringing a contemporary touch to the interiors.

In the washrooms, 𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗦 𝗠𝟳𝟬𝟮 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁 shapes the bespoke vanity tops and basins, combining durability and easy maintenance with a refined mineral aesthetic. A thoughtful choice for hospitality, where beauty has to work hard too.

[𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵]

A new gateway to Frankfurt, designed around people and nature. Frankfurt Airport’s new Terminal 3 features a 6,000 m² Marketplace by LAVA, conceived as a welcoming, human-centred transit space.

Within the terminal architecture by MÄCKLER ARCHITEKTEN, bespoke seating landscapes throughout the Marketplace incorporate planting areas, with 𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗦 𝗜𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 cladding and 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 inserts creating a warm, balanced setting. A thoughtful place to pause between journeys.

A staircase designed to be part of the experience, not simply a way to move between floors.

🎰 At Casino Alpin Royal Liechtenstein, the holistic interior concept brings together casino, hospitality and hotel spaces with a consistent design language. The staircase is clad in 𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗦 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼, adding a refined marble-inspired aesthetic while meeting the demands of a busy interior.

A functional architectural element turned into a distinctive feature ✨

A Timeless Kitchen in Novi Sad 🤍
In Novi Sad, Serbia, Divna Design reimagines contemporary living through quiet sophistication, tactile materials and seamless transitions.

At the heart of the apartment, a bespoke kitchen island flows into the dining area, connecting cooking, socialising and living. 𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗦 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 brings warmth and continuity across the island, worktop and wall cladding.

Extending to the TV unit and bathroom, the material creates a cohesive interior combining durability, easy maintenance and timeless elegance.
