The 𝗘𝗰𝗼PaintJet Pro features a newly developed high-precision axis that enables bidirectional painting with maximum accuracy. By eliminating idle movements, the system achieves coating speeds of over one square meter per minute. Its flexibility keeps pace effortlessly.

Color changes take about 20 seconds. ⏱️ During this time, the system automatically flushes, fills, cleans, and checks itself, preparing for the next body without interrupting the workflow.
The result is a new level of performance that opens up exciting possibilities for modern vehicle design.

We were honored to welcome a Catalan a delegation of companies in the battery manufacturing sector to our Dürr Campus in Bietigheim-Bissingen, organized by Catalonia Trade & Investment.

Our team introduced Dürr’s wide range of expertise in battery production technology, from electrode production and electrolyte filling to battery assembly, testing, and dispensing solutions. 🔋 Through presentations and engaging videos, we highlighted how our innovative technologies are driving the future of efficient and sustainable battery manufacturing. The visit concluded with a joint tour of our campus, offering our guests a firsthand look at Dürr’s advanced facilities and collaborative spirit.

Meet x-road truck, the modular test stand for advanced dynamic and functional testing of commercial and special-purpose vehicles.

As a flexibly configurable, road-realistic test solution, it combines rolling, braking, and ABS tests in one station to assess brakes, ABS/ESP, transmissions, differential locks, cruise control, speedometer, top speed, and AWD behavior under reproducible conditions.
Non-driven axles are synchronized; forces and rotational speeds can be measured or applied individually per wheel. Electric mass simulation and gradient representation reproduce acceleration and deceleration scenarios realistically while regenerative operation feeds surplus energy back to the grid. ⚡

A modular design with customer specific configuration, road realistic and reproducible test conditions, as well as wheel precise measurement and actuation options ensure maximum flexibility. In addition, the system delivers high accuracy and data driven documentation, combined with energy efficient operation through power regeneration.

At the Dacia plant in Mioveni, Romania, the future of automotive painting is already underway. Our 𝗘𝗰𝗼PaintJet Pro is being used to paint the Dacia Bigster, delivering striking two-tone finishes in series production. 🚘

The seemingly simple design feature is actually a significant technological advancement. Rather than using conventional spraying methods, paint is applied through ultra-fine parallel jets that place every drop exactly where it belongs. There is no overspray, masking, or unnecessary waste. This reduces material use, manual effort, and energy consumption while taking precision to a new level. Individually controlled nozzles ensure sharp edges, smooth transitions, and flawless results, even on complex shapes and tight gaps.

The 𝗘𝗰𝗼PaintJet Pro is more than just efficient; it opens up new possibilities for design and sustainable manufacturing. 🌱

Together with FAAM, we are moving ahead with Southern Europe’s first gigafactory in Teverola, Italy. 🔋 Our 𝗫.𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹ify SR condensers from Radom in Poland play a key role in the project. On 18,000 square meters, our 600 specialists manufacture high quality production equipment, supported by a modern machinery park. In our lean production we build 8 condensers for FAAM, for anode and cathode.

Once installed in Italy, they will support eight coating lines by enabling efficient solvent removal and recovery. This environmentally friendly process saves significant energy and substantially reduces CO₂ emissions. 🌱

Held in Villingen-Schwenningen, this year’s Global Sales Meeting of the Industrial Products and Dispensing divisions created a strong platform for meaningful exchange and collaboration. 🌍

Throughout the agenda, product updates, strategic priorities, and new opportunities to further strengthen the connection between both areas were explored. A strong focus was placed on aligning sales approaches and sharing best practices.

A highlight of the program was the visit to Interstuhl, where valuable insights were gained into the production of the coating technology for work chairs. Beyond the business discussions, the meeting provided a great opportunity to connect in person and reinforce relationships across teams. 🤝
