From 7 failures to zero: how automated lubrication improved clinker cooler reliability

Keeping critical cement equipment running reliably isn't easy. High temperatures, dust and demanding operating conditions can make lubrication a challenge. One cement plant was experiencing recurring issues with clinker cooler availability, high grease consumption and frequent maintenance intervention.

After implementing an SKF automatic lubrication system, the results were significant:
