Internationale Einblicke
Wir freuen uns, Ákos aus Budapest als Praktikanten bei KRONENBERG willkommen zu heißen!
Durch seine Mutter, die bei unserem ungarischen Distributor LiftCom tätig ist, hat Ákos bereits einen besonderen Bezug zur Liftbranche. Umso schöner ist es für uns, ihm die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten unserer Branche näherzubringen und die nächste Generation für die Welt der Aufzüge zu begeistern.
Während seines Praktikums erhielt Ákos spannende Einblicke in unsere Produktion sowie im Bereich Marketing. Mit viel Neugier, Engagement und Freude hat er unser Team unterstützt und unseren Arbeitsalltag bereichert.
Auch Ákos blickt mit großer Begeisterung auf seine Zeit bei KRONENBERG zurück:
„Ich war positiv überrascht, weil ich entgegen einiger zuerst kompliziert aussehender Übungen ziemlich gut leisten und gleichzeitig etwas Neues lernen konnte. Über die Firma lässt sich verraten, dass eine freundliche bzw. familiäre Stimmung zwischen den Wänden und unter den Mitarbeitern herrscht. Ich habe jeden als äußerst verständnisvoll, offen und hilfsbereit gefunden. Angesichts dessen fühlt man sich in einer sicheren Umgebung, wo man mutig fragen darf.
Alles in allem kann ich KRONENBERG sowohl Jugendlichen, die sich in einem neuen Arbeitsumfeld ausprobieren möchten, als auch Arbeitssuchenden empfehlen. Sie werden sich meines Erachtens keineswegs enttäuscht fühlen.
Ich werde diese zwei Wochen Praktikumszeit niemals vergessen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles von euch!“

We are delighted to welcome Ákos from Budapest as an intern at KRONENBERG!
Through his mother, who works for our Hungarian distributor LiftCom, Ákos already has a special connection to the lift industry. It is therefore a pleasure for us to introduce him to the wide range of opportunities within our industry and inspire the next generation about the world of lifts.
During his internship, Ákos gained valuable insights into our production processes as well as our marketing activities. With great curiosity, commitment and enthusiasm, he supported our team and enriched our daily work.
Ákos also looks back on his time at KRONENBERG with great enthusiasm:
“I was positively surprised because, despite some tasks that initially seemed complicated, I was able to perform quite well and learn something new at the same time. What can be said about the company is that there is a friendly and family-like atmosphere between the walls and among the employees. I found everyone to be extremely understanding, open, and helpful. As a result, you feel that you are in a safe environment where you can ask questions with confidence.
All in all, I can recommend KRONENBERG both to young people who would like to gain experience in a new working environment and to job seekers. In my opinion, they will certainly not be disappointed.
I will never forget these two weeks of internship. Thank you very much to all of you!”
