The following use case demonstrates how crucial it is to select a high-performance band saw blade with the right technical parameters. Under the following cutting conditions, process stability and properly matched cutting parameters are essential:

MATERIAL:
1.7225 / 42CrMo4 / AISI 4140
(tempered CrMo steel)
Dimension: 1200 × 650 mm

👉 APPLICATION:
nanoflex® VTX coated – 80 x 1.6 mm, 0.75 / 1.25 tpi

CUTTING PARAMETERS:
• Cutting speed Vc = 27–30 m/min
• Feed rate Vf = 3.6–4.2 mm/min

RESULT:
• High cutting performance under full load
• Excellent process stability
• Reduced cost per cut

ADVANTAGES IN USE:
• High performance in large cutting sections
• Reduced cutting forces due to optimized tooth geometry
• Improved heat dissipation and chip formation
• Long tool life thanks to TiAlN coating

The specially designed VTX band geometry shows its strengths particularly in large to very large cutting sections, including applications involving tempered steels.

Another milestone in our international growth journey.
On April 22, 2026, we reached an important milestone with the groundbreaking for our second production hall in Poland.

Together with our partners and honored guests – including Mayor Renata Surma of Bystrzyca Kłodzka – as well as with our Managing Director Markus Lang of Eberle Polen Sp. z o.o., we celebrated this special moment.
A symbolic time capsule was placed in the ground, preserving this moment as a message for future generations.

This new production hall represents far more than additional capacity for manufacturing premium metal band saws. It is a clear commitment to our long-term growth, to our strong team, and to our long-standing as well as global customers.

We are proud of what we have achieved together – and full of energy for what lies ahead.
