We were excited to be part of Arena Tehnologij in Slovenia!

We had the pleasure of introducing our company to students and young professionals, sharing insights into our culture, career opportunities, and especially our Summer School Program.

It was great to meet so many motivated young people, exchange ideas, and discuss how practical experience can help bridge the gap between education and industry.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by. We look forward to welcoming the next generation of talent!

Shaping the future of recycling technologies at Forum Recyklingu in Poland!

How can innovative technologies make recycling more efficient, profitable and sustainable?

Our Sales Manager for Poland, Łukasz Tomsia, joined industry experts at Forum Recyklingu in Lublin, Poland, for the panel discussion “Future Technologies in Recycling: What Will Really Transform the Industry?”

The discussion explored some of the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of waste sorting:

🔹 Maximising recovery and quality: Finding the right balance between recovery rates, material purity and operational costs.

🔹 Learning from European experience: Applying proven technologies and best practices to meet the specific needs of the Polish recycling market.

🔹 Harnessing automation and innovation: Exploring how optical sorting, robotics, AI and data analytics can enhance sorting performance.

🔹 Making smarter investments: Choosing technologies that deliver measurable improvements in recovery, efficiency and profitability.

💡 The key takeaway? The future of recycling is not defined by individual technologies, but by how intelligently they work together.

At STADLER, we take a holistic approach to sorting plant design, combining innovative technologies, engineering expertise and intelligent process integration to help our customers recover more valuable materials, achieve higher output quality and maximise operational efficiency.

Together, we're driving the future of recycling forward! ♻️

♻️ Recovering critical minerals: Strengthening U.S. supply chains through recycling and innovation

Last week, our CEO of STADLER America LLC, Mat Everhart, participated in the Critical Minerals Symposium at Duke University, joining industry experts, researchers and government representatives to discuss the future of resilient critical mineral supply chains in the United States. 🇺🇸

Mat contributed to the breakout session “Recovering Critical Minerals: Connecting Secondary Resources to U.S. Supply Chains”, which explored the opportunities and challenges of recovering valuable materials from secondary resources, including manufacturing scrap, end-of-life technologies and mine waste.

💡 Discussions focused on overcoming technological and economic barriers, strengthening industry-academia collaboration and accelerating the development of scalable recovery solutions.

At STADLER Group, we believe that advanced sorting and recycling technologies have an important role to play in unlocking the potential of secondary resources, reducing dependence on primary raw materials and supporting a more resilient circular economy.

👏 Thank you to Duke University's Critical Minerals Hub for bringing together experts from across sectors and fostering this important exchange!

We are honored to receive an award recognizing STADLER’s 10-year partnership with EcoExpo in Brazil.

When we first participated in 2016, EcoExpo brought together just 30 exhibiting companies and around 1,000 visitors. Today, it has grown into an impressive event with 300 exhibitors welcoming more than 20,000 visitors.

A special thank you to Jesus Gomez, who initiated EcoExpo 10 years ago and continues to lead its development with such dedication and vision.

We are proud to have been part of this journey from the beginning and look forward to many more years of collaboration.
