Every Cryo Reborn chamber goes through several carefully controlled production stages.

It begins with engineering and 3D design, where the chamber layout, airflow, insulation and technical systems are precisely planned.

Next, the insulated structural panels are manufactured and assembled to create a safe, durable and thermally efficient cabin. Heated glass doors, lighting, sensors and interior finishes are then installed.

The chamber is connected to its electric air-cooling system, allowing it to reach cryogenic temperatures without liquid nitrogen or F-gases.

Finally, every component is carefully inspected and the complete chamber is tested for temperature performance, airflow, safety and reliability.
