All vision fixed panels can be converted at any time easily to projected windows. Not face sealing using silicones is allowed to achieve water tightness and airtightness. The facade system is capable to accept any type of cladding material (glass, stone, aluminium composite panels etc.) The installation of the curtain wall panels may be conducted at any location of the building independently without the need of any sequential procedure. Each glass unit or cladding panel can be removed without removing adjacent glass units or cladding panels. The installation of the curtain wall panels can take place from the interior of each floor. The glass panels are not bonded directly on the mullions of the structure of the curtain wall. The structure of the facade of each storey are independent from the adjacent storeys to allow independent movement of each storey due to wind loads, seismic loads etc.
