DEWATERING PLANT – (QUARRY INDUSTRY)
To ensure strong and lasting adhesion of LUBAS L-PUR® polyurethane liners to steel hoppers, we rely on proper preparation — and the right tools.
We use PFERD TOOLS POLIFAN® PFF 115-Z40 zirconia flap discs to roughen the steel surfaces with precision.
This creates an optimal anchor profile for bonding, while resisting polish and burnishing that could weaken adhesion.
🔹 L-PUR® polyurethane offers outstanding abrasion resistance in quarry and dewatering systems.
🔹 PFERD zirconia flap discs deliver aggressive cutting performance and long life, even on tough steel surfaces.
Combining quality materials with proven tools ensures durability where it matters most — under heavy loads, high flow, and constant wear.
