Violari Associates is seeking a BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team.
The successful candidate will be involved in the design, development, and coordination of BIM models for building projects. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and a solid understanding of BIM workflows are essential requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and development of MEP building services systems.
• Creation, management, and coordination of BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Preparation of technical drawings, quantity take-offs, and specifications.
• Collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines as part of BIM Coordination processes.
• Identification and resolution of system clashes through model coordination.
• Technical support during project implementation and construction phases.
• Site visits and coordination meetings when required.
Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge and practical experience in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good understanding and application of BIM processes and BIM Coordination.
• Experience in the creation and management of BIM models for building projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
