In January, our local and international teams came together to reflect on 2025, sharing achievements, celebrating progress, and looking back at everything we accomplished together. We also set our sights on 2026, with each team presenting their goals and direction for the year ahead.

We wrapped up the day with a fun trust activity, guiding each other while blindfolded through a maze. It was not just fun, but also a great reflection of how we work every day. We support, communicate, and trust one another.

Because at Farminpex, we are building more than just a workplace. We are building a team.
