2BE1 liquid ring vacuum pump is our key product since we started production. It is one of the most commonly used vacuum pumps in the world. With ATEX Certification, it has been used in almost all industrial vacuum applications and has been providing thousands of facilities in different applications with reliable performance.
We offer same outline dimensions for bolt-on replacement and equivalent performance with original 2BE1 vacuum pump. Available in cast iron, SS304, SS316L, SS321 and duplex stainless steel SS2205, and a combination of both materials. We also offer pumps with ceramic coating for special applications.
In order to ensure the strength of impeller and the best performance of the vacuum pump, the 2BE1 vacuum pump adopts cast impeller, using castings from best domestic foundries, carrying out two dynamic balance tests on rotor assembly, all our balance results are higher than ISO G6.3 standard which results in lower vibration less than 3.5mm/s and more reliable performance during operation.
It can be used separately; it can also be used together with roots vacuum pumps, rotary vane pumps or air ejectors to customize vacuum system for special applications.
