25 Ton Double Girder Overhead Crane: Making Heavy Concrete W**e Tank Handling Safer and More Stable

Concrete tanks used for w**e fermentation and storage are heavy and bulky. During handling, excessive swinging and impacts need to be avoided, as they can increase the risk of equipment damage and personnel injury.

For this application, CLESCRANE provided the customer with a 25 ton double girder overhead crane for lifting and transferring concrete fermentation and w**e storage tanks.

When site conditions are complex and a standard solution simply doesn't work, what can you do?

A construction company in Panama faced this challenge during a steel structure project. An interference between site obstacles and the reinforced runway beam made it impossible to install the crane as planned. After several attempts, the problem remained unresolved.

The customer turned to CLESCRANE for support.

After discussing the site conditions and actual requirements in detail, our engineers developed a customized solution based on the available space and structural conditions.

We supplied a 3 ton single girder overhead crane (CHS 3t × 22.39m × 5.5m, Class D) with a radio remote control system.

The biggest concern with an end carriage is not paying more, but finding out after purchase that it is “not suitable.”
