Today, I would like to share something from our recent project experience.

I feel very proud and confident when I see our pyrolysis (carbonization) equipment running stably at a customer project site in Zhejiang Province, China.

For me, supplying equipment is not only about manufacturing and delivery. The most important part is helping customers achieve stable and continuous production after installation.

Today, we conducted a live equipment operation inspection with our Indonesian customer via video call. The project is a coconut shell carbonization production line.
The customer’s two sets of equipment have been running continuously and stably for more than 3 years. Together with my colleague, we reviewed the real-time operation status of the plant and confirmed that the system is still operating stably and efficiently.
