Two vertical dry mortar production lines installed in Kyrgyzstan, under the guidance of CORINMAC engineers.

Each line covers the full process — sand drying and screening, precise weighing and mixing with additives, and semi-automatic valve bag packing.
Two robotic palletizers stack the finished bags into neat, stable layers, one for each line.
One line is connected to the customer's existing single-drum dryer; the other runs on a CORINMAC triple-drum dryer.

The palletizing section of a dry mortar drying, packing & palletizing line in Kazakhstan, installed by CORINMAC engineers.

The robotic palletizer picks bags one by one and stacks them into precise, programmed layers on the pallet. Once a pallet is complete, the pallet wrapping machine wraps it in stretch film and adds a protective top sheet — every pallet sealed against dust and moisture, ready for storage or truck loading.

Silica sand ground to 2700 mesh, activated carbon to 900 mesh — real test runs of the CORINMAC CRM series ultrafine grinding mill. 🇨🇳

The CRM ultrafine grinding mill delivers 0.4-10 t/h at 150-3000 mesh (100-5 μm), with feed size of 15-20 mm, for minerals with Mohs hardness ≤6 and moisture ≤3% — limestone, calcite, barite, talc, gypsum, quartzite, bentonite and more. The complete line: hammer crusher, bucket elevator, vibrating feeder, CRM mill with built-in classifier, cyclone unit, pulse filter, exhaust fan and screw conveyor — all monitored by a control cabinet.

Applications include calcium carbonate processing, gypsum powder, power plant desulfurization, non-metallic ore pulverizing and coal powder preparation. Footage also shows a working line at a customer's site.
