Our mobile scrubbing & screening unit is a fully integrated solution combining feeding, scrubbing, screening, and conveying in one compact module. It removes contaminants from material surfaces and efficiently separates clean aggregates (2–80 mm), while the mixed slurry moves on to the next treatment stage.

As shown in the video, the unit requires no installation. Equipped with wheels at the base, it can be towed directly to the site and put into operation immediately — and can relocate at any time with ease.

Beyond contaminated soil, this system is also ideal for aggregates, minerals, tailings, coal gangue, trench sludge, and many other materials.

At a remediation site of a former refinery, we encountered a type of soil that is notoriously difficult to wash:
high viscosity, strong coating, and contaminants tightly bound to the particle surfaces.

Once the cylindrical scrubbing machine started running, things began to change—
the particles generated self‑grinding, the drum wall added extra friction, and the contaminants were gradually released.
This is one of the key steps in the entire soil‑washing process and directly affects the performance of the subsequent multi‑stage classification and screening.

From the original sticky mass to clearly separated particles, the difference is visible.
