Recently, after 14 days of day and night work, with the main beam accurately lifted to a height of 120 meters, the first domestically developed 3,000-ton gantry crane independently developed by Weihua Group was successfully installed at the Jiangsu Hailong Wind Power Base.
The total lifting capacity of this large gantry crane is 3,000 tons, the lifting capacity of a single trolley is 1,600 tons, the lifting height is 120 meters, and the span is 120 meters, which is equivalent to lifting 2,000 cars to the height of a 40-story residential building at one time. It can meet the lifting needs of ultra-large offshore wind power equipment and is a veritable "national heavy equipment".
To ensure the stable performance of coastal operations, the product adopts a single-beam double-trolley system and a four-drum double-hook synchronous structure, combined with a three-dimensional digital prototype and finite element analysis to check the stiffness and strength of the entire structure, strictly control quality standards, and carry a crane safety management and monitoring system to achieve intelligent management of the entire life cycle, ensuring stability and safety under extreme working conditions such as typhoons.
