The G Y5-51 type boiler induced draft fan is suitable for the induced draft fan system of steam boilers ranging from 2t/h to 670t/h in thermal power plants. It can also meet the performance parameters required for high-pressure fluidized bed boilers. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems. This model can be designed as explosion-proof fans, anti-corrosion fans, and high-temperature fans according to user requirements, with the same dimensions as the original model.

The medium conveyed by the blower is air, while the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas or gas containing particulate impurities. It can be used for more than four years when the impurity concentration is less than 200 mg/m³. Central air conditioning is certainly convenient, but astronomical quotes force us to choose the Y5-47 type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan in certain situations. The Y5-47Ⅱ type fan has undergone a series of improvements compared to the original Y5-47 type fan, resulting in a significant reduction in noise. Additionally, to better meet the boiler matching requirements, the following seven models have been newly added: M3.15C (for 0.2t/h~0.5t/h), 4D (for 0.7t/h~1t/h), 5D (for 2t/h), 6D (for 4t/h), 7C (for 4t/h, 6t/h), 10D (for 6t/h), 11D (for 10t/h).

Applications and Features
The Y5-47Ⅱ type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is suitable for industrial boilers burning various coal qualities and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices ranging from 0.2t/h to 20t/h. It can be used as long as the intake conditions are comparable and the performance is compatible, but the higher temperature should not exceed 250℃. Currently, there are many series models of industrial boilers, with varying coal qualities and different resistance from matching dust collectors and pipelines, resulting in significant differences in the required fan air volume and pressure. To adapt to these situations, this fan adopts two transmission methods: D type and C type (i.e., coupling and V-belt drive). Among them, the D type induced draft fan matches with boilers from 0.7t/h to 20t/h, while the C type induced draft fan matches with boilers from 0.2t/h to 10t/h. For units using V-belt drive, the main shaft speed can be adjusted according to actual conditions to achieve the desired air volume and pressure.

The 4-72 centrifugal fan is mainly used for indoor ventilation or air delivery in general factories and large buildings, as well as for transporting non-combustible, non-explosive, non-volatile gases that are harmless to humans and non-corrosive to steel. The B4-72 centrifugal fan can exhaust flammable and volatile gases; the F4-72 centrifugal fan is mainly used for transporting corrosive gases. However, the gases transported by the 4-72, B4-72, and F4-72 centrifugal fans must not contain viscous substances, and the content of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³ 3 , and the gas temperature must not exceed 80℃.

The performance, optional parts, and base dimensions of the B4-72 fan are consistent with the 4-72 model, and can be selected according to its sample. The basic structure of this fan is the same as the 4-72 model. For 2.8A~6A, a B35 motor with fl**ge and base is used; for N6~12C, D motors, the YB series corresponding to the Y series in the table is selected, and the installation type is B3.

Type
This fan is usually made as a single-suction type, with model numbers: N2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20 (twelve model numbers in total).

The fan can be manufactured in two types: clockwise and counterclockwise. Viewed from the motor end, the impeller rotating clockwise is called a clockwise fan, indicated by "right"; otherwise, it is a counterclockwise fan, indicated by "left". The fan outlet position is indicated by the angle of the casing outlet. Both "left" and "right" can be manufactured at 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°.

The fan has four transmission methods: A, B, C, and D. 2.8~5 adopts type A, which is direct motor connection. In the absence of other special requirements, G4-73 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation.

The medium conveyed by the fan is air, and the temperature must not exceed 80℃; the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 250℃.

A dust removal device must be installed before the induced draft fan to minimize the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan. According to the general usage conditions of power plants, the efficiency of the dust collector must not be less than 85%.
