The products are generally cuboid hollow clay bricks with various specifications. Corundum brick

Corundum refractory bricks are refractory products with alumina content greater than 90% and corundum as the main crystal phase. High normal temperature compressive strength (up to 340MPa). High load softening start temperature (greater than 1700 ° C). Very good chemical stability, strong resistance to acidic or alkaline slag, metals and glass liquids. Thermal shock stability is related to its organizational structure. Corundum bricks can be divided into sintered corundum brick and fused corundum brick. Sintered alumina and fused corundum can be used as raw materials, or alumina clinker with high Al2O3 / SiO2 ratio can be combined with sintered alumina and made by sintering. It can also be made of non-burning corundum brick with phosphoric acid or other binders. Mainly used in iron-making blast furnace and blast furnace hot air furnace, steel-making furnace refining furnace, sliding water heater, glass melting furnace and petrochemical industry furnace.

Lightweight heat insulating firebrick

Lightweight heat insulating firebrick is a kind of refractory and heat-insulating product with light weight, tiny pores evenly distributed inside, high porosity, and good heat-insulating effect. Lightweight thermal insulation firebricks can effectively reduce the floor load, and the sound insulation effect is also better.

Lightweight heat insulating firebricks

Lightweight insulating firebricks are usually divided into three types: ordinary, refractory, and high temperature:

(1) Ordinary thermal insulation bricks, the operating temperature is below 1000 ℃, mainly including diatomite bricks, expanded razor bricks, expanded perlite bricks, etc., which are mostly used as thermal insulation layers for thermal equipment.

(2) Refractory and heat-insulating bricks, the operating temperature is between 1000 and 1500 °C, mainly including lightweight clay bricks, lightweight silica bricks, and lightweight high-alumina bricks.

(3) High-temperature heat-insulating bricks, the operating temperature is above 1500℃, and can be directly used as the lining of high-temperature kilns, mainly including light corundum bricks, alumina hollow ball products and zirconia hollow ball products.

High-strength lightweight heat-insulating refractory products are made of tabular corundum and mullite as aggregates, sillimanite composite as matrix, special additives and a small amount of rare earth oxides are added for mixing, and they are formed by high pressure and fired at high temperature.
