Hello everyone! Today, we’re excited to show you the test run of our custom-built PP HDPE Daily Necessities Hard Material Crushing and Washing Line – tailored specifically for our client’s recycling needs!​
In this test, we used PE oil cans as the raw material, which are typical hard plastic waste in daily life and industrial scenarios. The whole process is fully automated, efficient, and designed to turn waste plastic into high-quality recycled materials. Let’s walk through the workflow step by step!​

Complete Workflow:​
1.
Feeding: The PE oil cans are fed into the line smoothly through the automatic feeding system, ensuring a continuous and stable material supply.​
2.
Crushing: The hard PE oil cans are crushed into uniform small plastic pieces by the high-power crusher – durable and efficient, even for thick-walled hard materials.​
3.
Friction Washing: The crushed plastic pieces go through the friction washing stage, where stubborn oil stains, dirt, and impurities are thoroughly removed by high-intensity friction, laying the foundation for clean recycled materials.​
4.
Rinsing & Separation: After friction washing, the plastic pieces are rinsed with clean water to wash away residual dirt. The separation system also removes any light impurities (such as paper, foam) and heavy impurities (such as metal), ensuring the purity of the plastic.​
5.
Dehydration: The rinsed plastic is sent to the dehydrator, which effectively removes excess water, reducing the burden on the subsequent drying process.​
6.
Hot Air Drying: The dehydrated plastic pieces are dried by hot air, making the final material dry and ready for recycling and reprocessing.​
7.
Storage & Bagging: The dried plastic granules are automatically stored and bagged, convenient for transportation and subsequent production use.​
