We are based in Shandong, China—HEAVYKEN MACHINERY brings a depth of experience that most compact equipment manufacturers simply cannot claim.
HEAVYKEN’s History: 12 Years of Skid Steer Loader & Excavator Attachment Manufacturer (2007–2019)
Before we built our first Mini Skid Steer Loader, we spent over a decade mastering the attachments that make them work. From 2007 to 2019, our engineering team was fully immersed in the research, development, and production of Excavator Attachments & Skid Steer Loader attachments. This 12-year journey gave us an intimate, we know how to make a loader work more efficiently.
HEAVYKEN’s Pivot: We Only Focus on Mini Skid Steer Loader (2019–Present)
In 2019, we recognized shift in the global market of construction machinery— Mini Skid Steer Loader will meet more operator's needs. We made a strategic decision: channel our entire accumulated expertise into the Mini Skid Steer Loader.
Because of those 12 years experience in construction machinery, we understand the user's pain points and experience better than anyone. We know where a hydraulic hose will chafe, where a grease zerk needs better access, and how a control valve should feel in the operator's hands. We are an ISO & TUV-certified manufacturing facility singularly focused on one mission:
Engineering nothing but the world's most reliable Mini Skid Steer Loader and Attachments!
HEAVYKEN’s Workshop:
The Smart-Scale Advantage (Agile, Lean, Efficient).
We operate a fully utilized 3,200 m² workshop. Yes! It may not be big, but it's highly efficient.
Large factories often come with slow workflows, long communication chains, and production waste. We avoid most of that. Our space is arranged for Lean Manufacturing: every area has a job, workstations are placed for short material flow, and quality checks are built into the line—not added after problems grow.
Close Quarters, Fast Collaboration.
Because our welding, hydraulic assembly, and inspection stations sit next to each other, our production, quality, and engineering teams talk face-to-face every day. When something needs fixing or improving, we solve it on the spot—no long email threads, no waiting.
This setup gives us real advantages:
Faster response to custom requirements Tight quality control at every step
reasonable overhead, so your price reflects the Mini Loader, not the factory
We are not the biggest manufacturer in the industry. But inside our 3,200 m² workshop, we run a focused, well-coordinated operation. Every inch of the space is there to deliver one thing: reliable Mini Skid Steer Loader, built to your spec, shipped on time.
HEAVYKEN’s Production Architecture:
3 Fabrication Lines + 2 Assembly Flows. We don't just buy parts and bolt them together. We build the core.
3 Dedicated Fabrication Lines — We Own the Steel Skeleton.
Inside our 3,200 m² workshop, three production lines run in parallel:
Laser Cutting Station: High-precision sheet and plate cutting, controlled directly from our engineering files.
CNC Bending Station: Forms the structural components that make up the loader's chassis and boom arms.
Robotic Welding Station: Delivers consistent, repeatable weld quality on every frame.
By keeping these three steps in-house and adjacent to each other, we control the "steel skeleton" of every mini loader from raw material to finished chassis—no outsourcing, no waiting on third-party suppliers.
2 Synchronized Assembly Flows — Standard or Custom, Same Efficiency.
Our two assembly lines run side by side, fed by the fabrication stations just steps away:
Flow 1: Dedicated to standard models. Pre-set workstations, trained crews, fast throughput.
Flow 2: Reserved for OEM and custom configurations. Flexible stations that adapt to different specs without disrupting the main line.
Both flows share the same quality checkpoints, the same tooling depot, and the same engineering support team. This setup allows us to mix standard and custom orders in a single production cycle.
Current Monthly Capacity: 200+ Units.
And that number is built on real throughput, not theoretical output. Our "3+2" architecture means we can scale within our footprint, respond to custom requests without stalling standard production, and deliver consistent quality whether the order is 5 units or 50.
HEAVYKEN‘s Team:
38 Skilled Technicians and Engineers. No Temp Workers. No Rotation.
Our team isn't a shifting workforce. It's a stable group of 38 craftsmen who have grown with HEAVYKEN Team. Welders, hydraulic technicians, QC inspectors, and design engineers work under the same roof, many having been here since the early days. This matters because experience in Mini Skid Steer Manufacturing is not generic. It's specific. It's knowing how a hydraulic hose should be routed on a compact chassis. It's knowing which weld joint takes the most stress when a bucket hits hard ground.
7 Years of Exclusive Focus on Mini Skid Steer Loaders & Attachments.
We have been building these machines for seven years. Not excavators. Not tractors. Just mini skid steers and their attachments. In that time, our team has seen every wear point, every fitting, every failure mode—and learned from all of it. When a customer asks for a modification, our guys don't need to study drawings for half a day. They know exactly where to reinforce the chassis, because they've done it before thousands times.
What This Means for You:
We are not the biggest team in the industry. But with 38 specialists and 7 years of focused experience, we are a team that truly knows what it's building. Every Mini Skid Steer Loader that leaves our floor carries that accumulated knowledge in every weld and every fitting.

HEAVYKEN‘s Business Partner: 50+ Verified Supply Partners
A Mini Skid Steer Loader is only as good as its weakest hose or bearing. We've spent 7 years curating a network of 50+ stable, Tier-1 component suppliers. From Eaton-style hydraulic pumps to Yanmar /Kubota-grade engine, our supply chain is:
Anti-Fragile: Dual sourcing for critical parts ensures your order is never delayed by a single vendor shortage.
Cost-Optimized: Volume relationships mean we pass genuine savings to you without sacrificing metallurgy.
HEAVYKEN‘s Design & Customization Capabilities
In-House R&D — Customization Done Here, Not Outsourced.
We handle modifications ourselves. Our engineering team uses SolidWorks for design and stress analysis, working in the same building as the production line. This means:
Custom paint colors — matched to your fleet's RAL code.
Specific quick-attach plates — designed, stress-tested, and fabricated here for different market interfaces.
Auxiliary hydraulic flow tuning — adjusted and tested in-house so the machine arrives ready for your attachment.
Pre-Delivery Inspection — 30 Minutes Under Load.
Every single loader goes through a full 30-minute loaded run-in test before shipping. Not a quick engine check. A half-hour of real operation under load.
HEAVYKEN‘s Shipment Service:Container Optimization - Lower Freight Cost Per Unit.
The price of Mini Skid Steer Loader doesn't end at the factory gate. Ocean freight eats into your margin. We understand this, and we designed our packaging around it.
SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) Packaging — We Do It In-House.
We specialize in SKD packaging. This means we partially disassemble each loader at our facility, pack it into a reinforced steel crate, and load it for maximum container density. No third-party packing service. No one who doesn't know the Mini Skid Steer Loader handling the parts.
Maximizing Every Cubic Meter.
Our space is organized for this workflow. One area handles machine prep. Another handles crate fabrication. The loading zone is positioned at the workshop exit. Material flows in one direction, with no backtracking or wasted movement.
