We're excited to share the successful commissioning and operation of the Nano Cavitation System in an 800 TPD soybean oil refining project, achieving performance results that significantly exceed EU standards.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:
🔸Phosphoric acid consumption reduced by 60%
🔸Alkali consumption reduced by 50%
🔸Water washing usage reduced by 40%

🔸Neutralized oil phosphorus controlled at ≤ 3 ppm
🔸Final oil acid value maintained at ≤ 0.05
🔸3-MCPD esters controlled at ≤ 0.5 ppm

We're excited to share that this project is progressing steadily and remains on track.

What sets this facility apart is its sustainability-driven design, embedded from the ground up.

By adopting advanced 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, it significantly reduces reliance on chemical reagents. Its 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 achieves COD levels below 80 mg/L, meeting the highest national discharge standards.

At the same time, air emissions (including VOCs) are strictly controlled and treated to levels exceeding regulatory requirements, ensuring a reduced environmental footprint.

To further enhance resource efficiency, valuable components such as phospholipids and Vitamin E are effectively recovered, supporting a more circular and low-carbon production model.

The kickoff meeting for 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮'𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 was successfully held in Yangzhou, bringing together 30+ experts from research institutes, testing organizations, industry associations, and leading enterprises.

Hosted by the 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗙𝗦𝗥𝗔) and organized by 𝗠𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, the meeting marks an important step forward. The revision proposal has been officially reviewed and approved, with clear responsibilities and timelines now in place.

This revision will focus on three key principles: scientific rigor, practical applicability, and a forward-looking approach, aiming to build a stronger quality standard system that aligns with both China's needs and global benchmarks.
