We’re proud to have partnered with our customer through two phases of project development, from the first production line to the latest expansion:
🔸450 TPD — first production line commissioned at the end of 2023
🔸800 to 1000 TPD — second production line commissioned on August 2026

One of the key technologies applied is 𝗠𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆.

By using low-temperature, long-time mixing during alkali refining, free fatty acids are removed while most waxes crystallize and are separated together with the soapstock.
