The cool autumn breeze filling the morning air with good sunshine, it would be an ideal for workers to carry out outdoor tasks like this. We were preparing for the packing machine for baby diapers with full-auto. feature, Full-auto High Speed Baby Pants Packaging Machine, to be delivered to our client Minghui.

This Full-auto High Speed Baby Pants Packaging Machine runs at the top design speed at the rate of 35 packs/min. Under automated operation, will have the baby diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.

The Fully Auto Horizontal Stacking Underpads Packing Machine runs at the top design speed at the rate of 50 packs/min. Under full-auto. operation, the machine will be able to carry out product catching, compression, piece counting, stack pushing, bag opening and bag filling procedures followed by trim clearing. Despite it's Sunday a non-working day, the delivery schedule had been set for Uni-Beauty, one of our clients in Hubei province, on that day. Besides just the regular packing machines for disposable hygiene products, there is a recent gradual growth of demand of carton machine with robotic carton pelletizer, Automatic Robotic Cartoning Machine + Automatic Cartoning Pelletizer, which was requested by Uni-Beauty as well. As the machine is twice the size and length of the regular packing machine, 2 trucks were required to deliver sections by sections of the entire machines.
