Ultra-low temperatures of minus hundreds of degrees Celsius can drastically alter the key mechanical properties of materials, causing brittle transition, toughness loss and even sudden fracture. Acquiring scientific and reliable low-temperature mechanical data is thus essential for material applicability evaluation and engineering safety assurance, which hinges on a stable and precise low-temperature test environment.🔧

To address this core pain point, SINOTEST has successfully developed an ultra-low temperature tensile testing machine, boasting outstanding high-precision temperature control with an accuracy of ±0.5℃. It maintains a uniform and stable low-temperature environment and fully eliminates test data distortion caused by temperature fluctuations.🔬

The equipment also features a wide temperature range, high testing precision and digitalization. With its advanced cryogenic refrigeration and sensing system, it covers the temperature range from room temperature down to -253℃ and even the lower liquid helium temperature zone. Adopting a full closed-loop servo control system, it supports multiple loading modes to characterize the elastic, plastic and fracture behaviors of materials at low temperatures. ⚙️

Equipped with high-sensitivity mechanical sensors (force accuracy better than ±0.5%) and micron-level displacement measurement resolution, it accurately captures micro-deformations of samples during tension, enabling high-precision low-temperature mechanical property testing.📊
