All-type Pipe End Machining for Water & Oil-Gas Pipeline Spools | Integrated Production of Thread, Groove, Spigot & Expanded Socket Joints
The sealing performance and installation efficiency of complete piping systems are directly determined by pipe end machining. Xinyue’s full-automatic CNC production lines provide one-stop forming of four mainstream end types: threaded ends, grooved ends, spigot plain ends and hydraulically expanded socket joints, catering to diverse project demands including high pressure, anti-corrosion and fast construction.
1. Threaded Pipe Ends (Matched Male & Female Sealing)
1. API High-pressure Oilfield Threads: BTC Buttress, STC Short Round Casing, LTC Long Round Casing, LP Line Pipe, NC Drill Connection Threads, with outstanding tensile & compression resistance for deep well gathering pipelines;
2. General Industrial Sealing Threads: NPT 60° American taper pipe thread, G/BSP British parallel pipe thread, PT JIS taper thread, widely applied for medium & low-pressure fluid transmission in waterworks, fire protection and chemical industries.
2. Standard Grooved Ends for Quick Clamp Connection
Based on Victaulic OGS standard groove, we also produce AGS reinforced groove, IGS lightweight innovative groove, radius groove and shoulder limit groove. Both roll grooving and cut grooving processes available, fully compatible with grooved fittings for water treatment and fire protection systems.
3. Standard Spigot Plain Insert Ends
Smooth straight insert ends with standardized outer diameter to fit all socket fittings. Support multiple connection methods including butt fusion, rubber gasket sealing and fl**ge transition. Can be prefabricated with internal FBE & epoxy coating in one piece without coating damage.
4. Hydraulically Expanded Flexible Socket & Spigot Joints
Formed by thermal die expansion, with expanded bell socket on one end and matched spigot on the other. Single or double rubber gasket flexible joints optional, allowing slight angular deflection to absorb ground settlement deformation. No on-site welding required, greatly shortening construction time for municipal & water conservancy projects.
