Congratulations on the successful delivery of the Φ330 RSM (Reducing/Sizing Mill) for high-speed bar rolling to Taifeng Company in Guangdong Province! We've established ourselves as leaders in this region, having already built over 8 complete high-speed wire rod and bar production lines ranging from 150,000 TPY to 500,000 TPY in this region.

Weighing more than 30 tons, this RSM features a Vee top-crossing no-twist structure adjusting the roll gap through the symmetry between the eccentric sleeve and the rolling line. To enhance flexibility in pass design, increase yield rates, and reduce the number of motors, we've implemented "one-to-one" transmission structure. We set up 2 gearboxes to accommodate common specification products, and designed short transmission chains to minimize energy consumption.

The split design of the roll box ensures easy operation and maintenance of the shaft system and equipment, keeping production, maintenance, and operating costs low.

The speed ratio can be changed according to the customer's requirements. The Φ330 RSM meet the reqirements for rolling Φ12-Φ32 round steel above 780°C, ensuring that the actual rolling speed will be up to 36m/s.

This super heavy-duty 45° top-crossing high-speed finishing block is specifically designed for wire rod production lines. It is installed in the high-speed wire rod production workshop. The Φ17-Φ23mm rolled pieces from the upstream rolling mill are continuously rolled into Φ5.5-Φ16mm finished products through the micro-tension and no-twist rolling of the 10 stands of finishing blocks.

A high-speed RSM has been successfully incorporated into the existing wire rod line, positioned after the finishing blocks and before the high-speed laying head. This addition aims to enhance wire rod accuracy and further reduce ovality, enabling the production of smaller-sized finished products (5.5mm wire rod coils) while achieving a maximum rolling speed of 115m/s.

A complete titanium bar rolling production line made by us features a continuous setup of 26 rolling stands, dedicated to producing bars ranging from Φ15 to Φ50 mm. It can process billets with a max size of 100 mm, 6m in length, and weighing up to 200 kg. The rolling speed reaches 2 meters per second when rolling a Φ15mm titanium bar.

The ultimate goal of this titanium wire rod and bar combination rolling production line is to manufacture titanium alloy frames for smartphones, destined for an internationally renowned mobile phone giant!💪

HANGJI (Weikeduo) takes great pride in the successful realization of a continuous rolling titanium alloy wire rod and bar line for Kangrui New Materials Company. This marks a groundbreaking collaboration and stands as the inaugural project of its kind in Jiangsu Province, China.

The line is outfitted with 26 continuous rolling stands, 8 stands of top-crossing special steel finishing blocks, with100mm billets with a length of 6m. Designed to produce wire rods from 5.5mm to 14mm and bars 15mm to 50mm.
